Hampton Inn & Suites Liberal

The location was 45 minutes from my job site. The commute was worth it, to sleep in the comfort of a Hampton Bed. The Hampton Inn is very consistent with their facilities. They are the best! That's why, when I travel. I look for a Hampton Inn. I have stayed in Arkansas, Alabama and now Kansas. They are all consistent in catering to their guests. I'll be back.

Elevator lobbies need a big trash can. Because I do not mind taking out my trash.

Spacious room, making it easier for mom to get around with her limited mobility. Tub with handlebars and pull down shower head. Rooms were clean and smelled clean. Towels and amenities were fully stocked. AC worked great, and the beds were comfy.

The pillows were either too soft or too hard/flat for my liking, and stacking didn't work/help.

We really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. We asked about a place to eat and the clerk who checked us in not only shared some suggestions, but gave us a page with those suggestions highlighted and others to choose from. And the restaurant she most recommended, Mixteca Grill, was excellent! Thank you!

The breakfast was very good so many choices. Hot food was hot and cold food very cold. Kitchen staff was one lady and she kept everything fresh and was so pleasant if it had not interfered with her work it would have been a pleasure to talk with her. The front desk staff were delightful David and the young woman apparently training him were EXCEPTIONAL!! We were detained by one of Liberals finest police force over a dim light on our trailer which became laughable. 45 minutes long no ticket. Your staff laughed with us and apologized.

It couldn't have been better and the 2 beds were actually Queen size NOT full like the next night at LaQuinta by the way NEVER AGAIN at LaQuinta.

It was clean and the staff was nice. Had to reset the shower door for my wife to open it. Maintenance could be improved. Breakfast was low average.

Better attention to maintenance. Shower door was off the track. Could provide better towels for the pool. Most hotels with nice pools provide towels for the pool.

Box breakfast was a nice suprise. The front desk clerk was really nice and attentive

One of the pillows in one of the beds had leftover Crumbs of chocolate candy bar - the room is label with certified cleaniness - I guess the bed seem undisturbed while cleaning the room you need to have the staff frisk the untouched beds to ensure that all is order

Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating., breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable., and did I compliment the staff is above and beyond expectation!!!

Had a room with 2 queen beds, microwave and mini frig. Really handy and comfortable after a long day traveling. Very clean and comfortable!

Nice choices for breakfast. Would have been nice if the tables could have been sanitized between guests.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Had a list of local dining with addresses, phone numbers and if they delivered to hotel. Was extremely helpful after being on road for 10 hours.

The front desk staff member was slow to show up and later witnessed another guest wondering where the staff members were.

The room and lobby were very clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable. We felt safe there.
