Beautiful property in an ideal location for a brief visit to KSU. This was during Winter Break 2024-2025, so no student traffic to speak of, with little congestion and ample parking offsite from the hotel. Outstanding location in Aggieville, with many dining and entertainment options within walking distance (0.1 to 0.5 miles) of the hotel.

My only criticism from our stay was the on-site bistro was closed the entire time. I never inquired about the reason, assuming it was because of being short staffed during the holiday. But this gave a additional chances to frequent the local restaurants and coffee houses which turned out to be a treat.

Checking in the gentleman was very kind. I came down in the morning to get a coffee from the to go shop and the gentleman at the counter then was super.

Had slight difficulty in the parking garage. Didn't understand if I needed to take a ticket... I was unable to.... But the man at the front desk gave me a ticket to put on my car

We were in one of the rooms on the inside part of the hotel. The most quiet room in a hotel we’ve ever had. Great night’s sleep.

The pillows were awful. My husband asked for foam pillows and they were no better than the feather pillows. Breakfast was very overpriced and understaffed. Not enough luggage carts for check out.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating any time I had a need. They helped me out in a very stressful situation (I was in town for my dogs dental surgery) and it's much appreciated! I would absolutely stay there again if I need a place to stay in Manhattan.

- Very clean, new facility, directly across the street from K State campus. - Excellent, comfortable room as requested -- away from elevator and vending - Quiet - Friendly, helpful staff - In funky, college-bar area called Aggieville - Accept pets - Starbucks coffee in lobby if you are so inclined (also right next door) - Ditto for very small dining/breakfast area (not free)

- $50 pet fee -- about twice what other venues charge - $15 valet parking fee in hotel garage, non-negotiable. I parked in a garage two blocks away. I either missed "valet only" on web site or it's not there. Was not happy upon arrival.

Room layout, wonderful bathroom, great bed.

AC was inadequate…temp in the room was 77 when I checked in, set it for 65, temp in room never got below 72. This was during the major heat wave…outside temp at 9pm was still 98. Room was not cool. Also didn’t like having to pay for on site parking…it was expensive. Bistro closed too soon and no coffee bar available in the lobby.

Reservation stated included breakfast. 4 adults in 2 rooms. At registration given one bottle of water and one small bag of chips. Sadly r two people suppose to share one bottle of water and one bag of chips. Insulting.

Hotel was super. Rooms were great. Staff was great. Parking, not good.

They ONLY allow valet. While I don't mind paying valet prices to park, it is very inconvenient to wait in line to drop off and pick up your car, especially when you and most of the hotel are trying to get to college sporting events. They really need to not have a valet service and figure out how to secure the garage so that only hotel guests use the garage. For the most part, people like to come and go and you can't when you have to wait for a valet...especiallty late at night when there is only 1 on staff.

Was nice ,up to date, clean and a beautiful room ! Very nice lobby and offered a lot of places for the location !

The valet parking ! It was quite a different thing . We have a very big truck and so not many can drive it and not hit something in a parking garage . It’s more of a hassle very a luxury truly. It’s the way they have the whole process set up and the way it’s handled . But by then it’s pointless to even bother saying anything! But over all we loved the hotel just will choose to not do the valet parking next time!

We loved this hotel experience. Our room was a mini suite and provided us with all the comfort and amenities we needed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and we were so glad we had sprung for the extra cost. We will definitely be back!
