We wanted a room to stay in after a late home KSU football game. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff (who I think were the owners) were friendly and helpful. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, which was nice. The room had two full-sized beds (we prefer a queen or king), but I knew that when I booked the room. There was nothing fancy about the room, but it suited our needs... a clean and comfortable place to sleep and take a shower in the morning.

I forgot to grab my phone charger and my hair dryer...the room did not have a USB port anywhere or a blow dryer, but that's on me for not packing everything, and I didn't ask the front desk if those items were available. The lamp on the table between the beds did have a plug-in on the base, so I purchased the needed item to charge my phone.

This was what we expected for the price. The room was clean, there was a fridge and microwave, TV worked and there was a guide for channels. Right off the highway. There was a restaurant next door, which was a nice bonus, although I wouldn't recommend the mixed drinks and it was mostly just fried foods, but tasted fine. Was able to park right in front of our unit and get a ground floor room which we needed.

Wish there were more eating choices nearby, but considering where we were, didn't expect much anyways.

This place is great! I would give it 10/10 if they just put some curtains over the blinds in the rooms. Too much light gets in. Other than that you can’t beat it! Will stay here anytime. Great place to crash after a Kstate game!

The windows need curtains or shades other than the blinds that are on them!

The room was comfortable for me and my son. I liked the area it was in. Very quiet and close to restaurants. Less than 30 from K- State to visit my son.

They didn't have a continental breakfast... but they did have coffee in the lobby with some pastries.

everything ! best inexpensive hotel in the area . great location, super clean, comfortable, spacious! the owners are such nice people! seriously for a non brand name hotel this place is great!!! we felt safe and welcomed here. we are a very selective couple and a little boujee and this place met our expectations!! this was an unexpected trip due to my car breaking down at the gas station across the street. if I were ever to come to this part of Kansas again I would definitely stay here again. the owners take pride in there property and clean it themselves. very friendly and courteous and accommodating. Room actually looks just like the pictures . 🤩

they keep the rooms very clean and it’s a great value for the money right off the interstate. there are 2 or 3 others in the same price range nearby but I have not tried them yet…

they leave the air con off in the rooms so you have to turn it on yourself when you get there. it was 100 that day… no breakfast or at least coffee available (fridge and microwave available in the room but no coffee makers)

Especially liked soft comfy bed! Wifi worked great. My husband had to be on a zoom meeting so we had 3 devices on at one time and not a bit of lag. Owners very friendly. I used guest laundry. Large washing machine was nice was able to do all I needed in one load. Dryer was a little noisy at first but worked fine. Location is great, on and off 70. Stacy's restaurant excellent breakfast and steak house right next door had a nice dinner as well.

No coffee maker in room. But it doesn't say in room description that there is one so that was on me. (I always bring some instant coffee for that reason)

The price was great and it was close to the express way and town.

Unfortunately, the only thing that the room didn't offer was a coffee pot.

Very clean organize place the staff was very nice and I would recommend this place to stay. Also a great place for breakfast. Stacey's restaurant was delicious and friendly.

The only thing I did not like was, I only book one night, I know where I will be staying when I come back through next time.. thanks. Memes!

This is a meticulously tidy property. My room was spacious and clean. Parking right outside my ground floor room. The owner tried his best to make the Internet available in my room. There was a breakfast room with coffee in the morning. Also walking distance to a decent breakfast place. Next door to a steakhouse that was, sadly, closed on Mondays. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great.

My room had no Internet signal. I ended up camping in the lobby to get things done. Under the carpet in room there were several unexplained bumps and lumps that could have caused a trip. No idea what they were.
