Everything. The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the refrigerator worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant. I didn't get down in time for breakfast, so I can't say what it was like. Parking was easy, too, and I actually left my car unlocked overnight with no problems. Not on purpose. I hadn't expected to be in Ottawa - my GPS routed me through Kansas city on my way from Indianapolis to Flagstaff. Yeah, I don't get it either. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the hotel in general, though. Really lovely.

Only that I spent an extra 3 or 4 hours on the road that I didn't need to, LOL. The hotel was great, and I'd recommend it to anyone. If you see a negative review from me on this one, I thought I was answering about the one in Tucumcari, which was awful. This one is great.

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was and the accessibility and access to the rooms from the parking lot. It was easily accessible for my grandmother who has mobility issues.

I would have loved it if the pool had been opened and if there had been more of a hot breakfast selection.

I was not impressed by the breakfast as only cereal, toast, muffins, etc. No hot breakfast as before. The location was good.

The rooms needs to be touched up with some painting and deep cleaning. But, otherwise, the rooms were clean. I cleaned the back door on the first floor myself as very dirty around the place where you opened it.

The breakfast did not have as much selection as some others, but had plenty to make an good breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a shower rather than a tub. Our room was designated as handicapped, but the tub was tall to step out of and did not have a grab bar to assist with exiting the tub.

Didn't like I had to use them phone to get a desk clerk. The night guy came out right away. Morning clerk didn't. I rang 3 times. They 3rd time i let it ring until she came out. I wait almost 10 minutes to turn in key. She was very friendly.

Basic, fine. Didn’t see waffles till the end because they were around the corner and there was no signage to indicate their presence. All was fine; commensurate with your brand; no disappointment

Have the rear entry door actually lock. Kind of concerning knowing anyone can enter the building.

The breakfast was alright, but nothing to rave about. It was pretty standard fare found at other motels.

It was advertised as being pet friendly, but it was not told there was an extra $15.00 per pet a night charge. Also, doggie outdoor "facilities" were very limited.

The cleanest of hotel. Easy access off interstate. Walking distance to Wal-Mart and restaurants.

You could hear other guest early in morning getting ready to pack up to be on their way.

The staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat. Close to a Walmart and we were able to stock up on water and snacks before continuing our trip.
