No hottub with the pool, which was okay as the pool was full of screaming kids. The lounge is located in the center of the hotel on the ground floor and the loud, boisterous and drunken people echoed up to our 7th floor room. The bed was ok but the bath had no handicapped fixtures.

The location was very close to the activities I was attending. Really easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, my reservation that I made online didn't go through. Although I had a confirmation on my phone, it hadn't gone all the way through to the hotel. The lady at the desk was so nice and took a lot of time finding me a room. The hotel was pretty full with the conventions going on.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't have a microwave in my room.

Location was nice. Room was a great value. Only stayed 1 night, so did not use amenities but pool looked good, lobby well maintained.

Person checking us in didn't seem interested in answering questions and key card did not work at first, had to return to front desk for another one.

The staff is magnificent. Everyone was happy to help us out with our needs. It is a happy place to stay. The hot breakfast was a wonderful help for our stay.. We could grab a quick bite and get our day started quickly. This place will also lets you have your pup 🐶 stay with you and we love Bruce to accompany us on our travels ❤

The room needs some love and attention. (up dating). It's out dated. This is a small issue, but the staff out weights this.

Great place to stay and great staff, very helpful.

The only disappointing thing was the resteraunt was closed on the Friday night we stayed. (I think there was an event going on as well, which might of required staff to attend to the event process so that could of been the reason the resteraunt was closed).

The water feature in the main area and the glass elevators were visually appealing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with the exception of one who loudly complained to another who was checking me in and asked for help about what a pain it is to check in guests who use third-party booking sites (which made me feel guilty and bothersome.) I didn’t visit the restaurant, but there is one available in the main area of the hotel. Everything in the hotel appears clean and well-maintained. The bed was pretty comfortable and everything in the room functioned except the hairdryer. The toiletries provided were more varied and more plentiful than most hotels I’ve visited. I’m not sure if there were guests in the neighboring rooms, but it was quiet the majority of the time (and I remained in my room for the entirety of my stay.)

I assumed from the second photo provided in the examples that the extra money I was paying for a “deluxe” king would give me a larger room with a sort of open floor plan with separate lounge and sleep areas but it was a very “regular” room. I don’t think that warrants the price I paid. Additionally, not all staff were wearing masks.

Loved that it was completely dog friendly and at a great price! It is hard to find places to stay that accommodate to us and our 3 dogs. Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel in general was very nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise no other real complaints.

Check-in was easy, the room was large with a great view of the Stormont-Vail Events Center next door. We were in Topeka for the Hank Williams, Jr. concert and the hotel was very conveniently located as we walked out of the property and right into the event center. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the mattress was very thick and the fitted sheet kept popping off. The room had a refrigerator (no microwave, but we didn't need one on this stay). The bathroom was clean and we had plenty of towels. Parking was free and we had no issues. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel-it was an additional charge,

the staff member who checked is in was in to much of a hurry to get off shift and didn’t set our key cards up right and had to go back to get them redone

Familiar, easy parking, relatively safe.

the bathroom was not as clean as it could be, the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, the bed spread was a bit musty, no decaf or tea in room.
