I liked all the amenities; however, I noticed that the bottom of the shower doors had rusty looking stuff; there was a cracked tile in the shower, the carpet did not appear to have been vaccumed. That said, the woman behind the front desk on Friday afternoon, happily printed out my notes for me that I was using for my Dad's memorial service, the General Manager immediately made the carpet right at my request - I rather hated to leave - will definitely book there again! Other than a couple of relatively small items, it was pretty great!

I really enjoyed all the different area my family and I could sit and hang out at outside of our room. And the location was perfect. Close to everything for shopping and food! The room was spacious enough for my large family at a responsible nightly rate.

I didn't like that there was an extra $30/day chargered to my card upon check in. Yes, it will be returned because I didn't use any of the services to deduct from that fund, but I was not aware of that fee when booking.

Loved the 2 room suite. Perfect for the 4 of us and a dog to spread out after driving all day. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quiet area.

Hallways were super warm. If you pull a trailer be ready for the neighbor hotel worker to complain about using parking spots in the very back of hotel parking lot for trailers. Can be tight if lot is full and this guy is on watch.

The room size is perfect for a family in that it has a kitchen area fully stocked, a decent size tv room and a spacious bedroom. The barbecue area downstairs was a cool area to hangout.

There was a sports festival going on so the hotel was fully booked. Our next door neighbor was smoking marijuana and it was seeping into our room stinking up the place. We complained about it but they couldn’t change our room and we were stuck smelling that awful smell the rest of the night. The next door neighbor also had a party going on well into the night. The hotel would’ve been the perfect stay if it wasn’t for the horrible neighbor.

Breakfast area very roomy. Good selection of drinks and other items at there "store" (drinks- beer, tea, pop, waters- advil, snacks)

Hot tub was out of service, TV in Entertainment/game-room not working. Would have liked alternate milk options, and ice/water available at breakfast.

it was so nice to go into a hotel room that was clean and very comfortable. We have been traveling to seven different hotels in the last week and this hotel was the best. If I could give it more than a 10 I would❣️

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area. I would stay again!

It was a little more than I like to pay for a room, but it was a double suite and was lovely!

The full kitchen and indoor pool area was a plus! The best sleep I've had in a while. It was prom graduation weekend so I expected some noise but honestly didn't hear anyone. It was fully booked and my kids kept asking were we the only ones there! 🙂

No vent in bathroom and no shelves for body wash or towel hooks in the shower- Minor but necessary

Clean rooms friendly staff and the amenities.. property in a great area close to restaurants shopping everything you could need was right up the street..l

They put a family above our room it was very noisy. Maybe a smart business choice would to be put family with kids on bottom floor not the 4th floor..also watched them sanitize the furniture outside only once and they didnt even touch the handles on the chairs not good in a pandemic. Never even saw them sanitize doors coming in and out of hotel..

We so enjoyed our stay - it was clean, friendly, everything was working properly, lots of common space, nice game room, functioning pool and whirlpool with plenty of towels, the fitness center looked well maintained, laundry facilities were nice and the breakfast had a great variety. Our room was a suite that had everything we needed. The ceiling fans were such a great surprise too!
