Best Western Topeka Inn & Suites

The location is nice in regards to proximity to food and to Wanamaker but might be a little sketchy in terms of neighborhood/crime. The breakfast spread was a decent selection and had hot food. The price was right for the room I needed. I appreciated that the location of my room was nice and private/felt like it was nicely spaced from other rooms. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable.

The toilet was a little grimy and there were little things that were overlooked in regards to cleaning (clump of hair in tub and on floor, incense stick stuck in doorframe, etc.) There weren’t any washcloths at all in my room. When I asked for some, I was told they did not have any. After clarifying a couple times, I was provided with some, however. Breakfast was put up early which wasn’t a huge deal for me, but could be for those traveling for work. There was a prophylactic on the ground outside, along with lots of trash and some broken glass. The vending machine is gone at the moment.

The staff lady working (I didnt get her name) or remember. was very friendly and helpful. she was working Thurs and Friday. I was skeptical at 1st from the reviews. They have been working on Remodeling. the floors where being mopped every shift change. It was clean and put together very well in the lobby and dining area. we had a room on the main floor for disability and king bed. no smell,no bugs here... nothing like I read on the reviews. keep up the good work u started. we may be back.

I could tell they had some unfinished renovations. but it looks alot nicer then the current pictures on google. other then that. no complaints

Nice place just off the interstate. An older hotel. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. They are pet friendly which is a must for us. Great little breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, and other usual breakfast items. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here on future trips.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was very busy when i arrived but kept a good attitude and was super nice.

The pool was closed on Labor Day weekend! That was pretty much the whole reason I'd booked there. Also, one side of the curtains was broken so they were hard to open and close.

When we were leaving the person at reservations offered us bottled water for our journey. They also made sure there was fresh coffee for my travel mug when leaving.

Very crowded setup for breakfast - hard to get around dining tables.

We really like their Breakfast. Lots of choices. They also have a nice indoor pool which we have not yet taken advantage of. Next time. The staff was all very friendly.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Sally the manager is always super nice!!! She definitely makes sure that we have everything we need to be comfortable during our stay! We stay at the SureStay every time we come to town! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

No elevator

The room was very nice and the beds super comfortable. Plenty of work space and even a chair to relax in. The staff was exceptional. Tanesha and woman behind the desk were warm, friendly, and very helpful!

There was no elevator. That proved to be very inconvenient for me at 67 with spinal cord damage on my right side. The hallways needed vacuumed. I realize there were improvements being made but leaving globs of dripped calking in our bathtub wasn't ideal.

Breakfast was good. Pretty good variety with choices of hot or cold. The pool was heated and indoor. The lady at the desk was kind and attentive.

The hot tub was cold, but the pool was warm.

I love the Hispanic lady that works at the front desk, she is beautiful and adorable!!! She has great customer service skills and she is really friendly

The price for the tub room because the hot tub in room the faucets where you turn the water on was really messed up!
