Room was OK - everything worked - paid a bunch to get the room with a spa tub, but maybe worth it (great treat). The stay was good only because we had not expected to use a lot of the facilities onther than the pool(s), which were fine. LIKED the breakfast offering (choices and variety), but the food not that great (i.e. scrambled eggs & no toast). It was a pleasant stay only because everything was clean - just old and run down looking.

LOTS OF THINGS. EVERYTHNG, except pool was closed down - particularly no restaurant or dining facilities available. Room did not have a decent place for 2 people to eat, snack, talk, play (i.e. no little table with a couple of chairs). The place was clean, but needs an overhaul - felt very barren, even deserted - only 5 cars in the parking lot when we arrived at 1 PM. Given that, I understand why you can't affort to fix it up. Probably less that 20 rooms used out of hundreds - don't see how you can even stay in business (which I am sure you can't). Looked to ONCE be a grand old hotel.

The Staff... all of them are excellent. Convenient location. Adequate free breakfast with options. The staff there were friendly & went above being helpful. Room comfortable, clean. Quiet, Microwave & fridge were adequate.

Would it be possible the next time we stay ther to get a second desk chair for sitting in . We bring meals back to the room & don't like to have one person sit on the bed . to eat. Please fix the elevator. Oh and anyone staying there more than a night might want to bring a bar of soap as the ones they provide are almost tiny... Lol.

The location was convenient from the dog show at Stormont Vail Event Center. I heard NO noise from the any dogs while in our room or hall ways. Pet Walk Area with waste disposal. The check in was fast and easy, friendly staff. Beautiful atrium, Comfortable rooms. Delicious Buffet Breakfast.

A long trek to the elevator as our room was in the tower. I wish Pets could be on the ground floor with easy access to the outside. Ice Machines only on odd numbered floors. I had to ask the front desk where to find an ice machine.

The people across the hall from us was smoking weed and had the whole floor smelling like it and my whole group had a massive headache the whole time we were there, we did let the staff know and they were on a mission to find the room to take care of it

I stayed here because it was close to the Stormont Vale hospital where my mother was in the hospital. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The door to each room is sealed after cleaning. The property itself is historic so it was a nice distraction to walk around the property and take it in. Thanks for a stay that was easy and didn't add stress to an already stressful and emotional situation. Really appreciated.

The price! They have always been ridiculously higher than simikar hotels though, and now that the restaurant and bar are gone and other things (due to covid I guess), not to mention the place is getting pretty old and run down (the fountains are barren, the plants in the atrium are gone, and ALL of the mall-like rooms that were shops, restaurants, bar, salon, etc. are now vacant. There is no business center or printing service. Still has a hot breakfast but after almost a week its painfully obvious the daily offerings will remain the same (last time I was here there was some variety from day to day... etcthe prices are still unchanged

Their breakfast was better than I expected. Biscuits and gravy, eggs with sausage, muffins and bagels, cereal, juice, coffee - it was all good. My room was upgraded when I walked in the door and was quite cozy. I was on the 6th floor and it was super quiet. I have no complaints!

The WiFi connection in my room wasn't all that. I kept losing connection and I could absolutely forget about watching any videos on my iPad. It kept stalling and then bouncing me off the connection. Other than that, I liked everything else about my stay!

The building itself is very old. It has an amazing atrium area and staff that makes up for any flaws the building may have Jesse at the front desk got us checked in with no problem, very courteous, Terrell the grounds keeper was super nice and seemed to always be available to help (if needed) or tell some history of the hotel. Over all.... not the fanciest in looks but definitely the fanciest in friendly staff.

a little hard to find the hotel front entrance. the hotel signs indicating where to turn were a little small and not clear… caused us to try to enter a closed entrance to something I think that was called 12, but was still part of the Ramada Wyndham complex. the hot tub was not hot and was the main reason I chose this hotel as we looked forward to relaxing after a long drive. I feel foolish for paying the higher price to get a room at a hotel with a hot tub.

The front desk was very friendly and accommodating Room was very nice. Was too late to get yhe advantage of the pool and arcade.

Air conditioning did not work very well. Room 846. Also having only one elevator was a bit unpleasant as we waiting 10 minutes to get a elevator down with our luggage cart and small children.
