When arriving at the hotel (we had just drove 14hrs) the young girl at the front desk was so sweet during our check in. We were so surprised by the size of our room! The couch and seating area allowed so much walking room for our family of 4. There was a full size closet that was perfect to put our suitcases in so we didn’t have them scattered around the room. We were here for a total of 4 days and it was a very comfortable stay! It was very clean, beds and sheets were clean. The hotel was also very quiet! We had an amazing experience!

The front desk staff was great, very friendly. Rooms were clean and good size. Good location.

Breakfast is from 7-10. By 8:45ish there were no more breakfast sandwiches, asked a staff member who was restocking (older lady) and she was very rude and said no that's it. The way she answered was just not nice at all. Before 10am they closed the kitchen down. There were other guests who did not get anything at all. Very unsatisfied with this. Other than this, hotel was great!!

The breakfast that was served no meat no toast i never ate a waffle in a wrapper need a better variety of breakfast. The elevator and pool area needs policed patio furniture needs some attention. But over-all nice areas just the cleanliness and the parking could really stand to be better

Checkin was a breeze. Our room was better than expected. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast had a great selection. Waffles were the best hotel waffles I’ve ever had! Delicious!

Sausage or bacon not mixed in with potatoes and real scrambled eggs would be nice. Would have been nice to have the linen for the trundle in the room. We got in very late and I wish we didn’t have to wait on the linen we needed.

The hotel was fresh, new and beautiful. Staff when above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The rooms are very large with very comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast was good, location was great as well.

The in house beverages and snacks to purchase were a bit pricey but all hotels are.

Clean, modern, good size rooms. Staff was super hospital. Pool and Breakfast hours were convenient.

Not much to complain about - if I really had to say something - the kids were disappointed that there were no pancakes or waffles for breakfast. The pool was icy and very small.

Breakfast was the only bad thing they didn't had enough fot the people that we had paid for it by 8:45 am there was none left and it supposed to end at 10am not fair we all pay for it

It was a clean, fun and calming environment with a lot of open space. It was a little wierd the trash cans didn't have bags but not a big deal. One the best hotel experiences to date will be coming back.

The breakfast was exactly what we expected when there is no kitchen

Walls were thin, no mini kitchen like other Springhill suites we have stayed in. Husband asked lady cleaning rooms on day two if we could get new towels but we didn’t get them

New and modern and very comfortable. Excellent staff especially Renee at breakfast. Really nice small pool which was great for the children.
