I moved from another hotel suite that was in an area where I felt unsafe. Moving to Staybridge Suites put me at ease. The hotel was clean and well appointed. I felt safe and felt my property was safe. I had everything I needed to use to prepare meals, work and sleep comfortably. The pool was beautiful, and I enjoyed an afternoon poolside. The property was close to beautiful shops/stores where I enjoyed meals and salons before heading out of the state.

I didn't like the $40 increase in my daily rate when having to add an additional day to my four day stay. You would think the rate would remain the same or lower when staying longer. I inquired with two IHG representatives and they offered no assistance.

Rebecca was the first person to greet us later in the evening on our arrival and she was friendly and helpful. We had in issue with our room's AC and she immediately switched us to a room in good order. Throughout our stay she was always helpful when we had questions. She truly made a rough week better. The bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold - nice view of the parking lot from the second story, which actually is pretty fun to see when storms roll in. Kitchenette was well maintained and came stocked with the basics. Bathroom was fairly clean and the hot water was great!

Doors can be a bit heavy if you have mobility issues, especially the front door. Parking lot right out front can be a bit floody in heavy rain, so just be careful if you're hauling in electronics. It's an older building, so it's a little dated here and there, but overall no major complaints!

I love the space/layout of the room. I love the amenities. And the mattress/bedding in the bedroom is the most comfortable out of majority of hotels i would compare to. I also like choosing to stay with you because you have a later checkout than most other hotels. And majority of the time I feel the price is fair. I know sometimes when special events happen prices go up, but majority of the time the price is complete fair for what I'm getting. I also like that they have a store there. With my husband being a type 1 diabetic it has come in handy when he was having an episode being able to access that

For some of the night the people above us were pretty noisy but they quieted down by the time we went to bed so it was okay...

No breakfast but you have a full fridge & Walmart is next door. In an area with some retail & chain dining options to the west.Hotel is just north of the airport,you can hear planes go over. A kitchenette & a closet with ironing board.Free laundry machines with soap packets to purchase.I was on the 3rd floor & it was quiet,I'm a light sleeper. Bed was comfy,TV with many channels & wifi worked well.

This is an older hotel & there is no pool.I got a good price for my stay & the location was great.There are pets but I only heard a dog barking 1 time.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Quiet room, comfortable bed and very clean. Loved the kitchenette and the gazebo. The flowers were beautiful and the property was clean and welcoming. Our new home away from home. Kudos to Jimmy. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

New shower heads would be the only thing that would have improved our stay, but the water was always hot and pressure was great.

The location of the property was very close to the highway to go in and out next to Walmart super center , which it was very nice. We were traveling with a pet and we got a very nice accommodation next to the door.

somebody was smoking in one of the rooms on the top floors and he got to our room but the front desk changes to a nice clean or quieter area with no smoking smells

Cox internet and television went out half through a history program. Front desk didn't phone back with status as had stated when I had reported problem. Room 307 desk landline phone had a poor connection. Room exit door handle came off in my hand when leaving, couldn't open the door, couldn't contact front desk with landline phone, called from my cell phone and couldn't get an answer. Eventually I did reach someone at front desk. Someone promptly came to fix the door handle. Total time of incident was approximately 30 minutes.

I like the kitchen from my room it was sanitized and ready for me to cook. I also like the restroom it was quite clean and big enough for me and my partner.

the thing I didn’t like would be the pillow from my bed it was quite uncomfortable me and my partner didn’t like that.

Fantastic people at front desk. Friendly & knowledgable.

They put a $25 "deposit" on bill but take it off later before charging card. I can see a deposit for pets but it was just me. I found this out at check-in. Couldn't find any notice on website or booking.com app I used to book room. It may be just a pet peeve on my part.

It's a very neat and clean Hotel. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It is kind of boxed in by Walmart. On the upside, if you need groceries or anything else, it's within walking distance.
