The housekeeping staff were very nice..The front desk person I checked in with never once said hello how are you just give me your ID and CC gave me the keys to my room and that was the end of our interactions.. The next morning go down for breakfast the lady working in the breakfast area doesn't even acknowledge you I said good morning she just kept walking well I was getting my food she was cleaning around me never once said excuse me so each time I had to pick up my stuff and move around her so she wouldn't wipe down my plate..

The hotel was only a few blocks from my event which made it convenient. I received more services for the price I paid. I didn't expect free shuttle services and the workers strive to do their best to make me feel satisfied.

Location was ideal, property was clean, well kept and furnished nicely. Location was great for shopping and restaurants close by

Beds were pretty firm, pillows were flat and you had to use two for any kind of support. Shuttle service had a major gap where the other hotel had to run for both properties.

It was a nice enough hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was good.

There was a sewage smell in our room that came and went from time to time that made me uneasy but we weren’t there long enough for me to feel like I wanted to alert anyone. The hotel information online says masks are required in the lobby and common areas but that was not observed by anyone except the breakfast staff.

I arrived very early and a room was not ready but the lady at the front desk had me sit comfortably at the lobby and advised me as soon as one was available. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early as I was completely exhausted!

The TV didn't work but it didn't bother me as I was out most of the time I was there.

The breakfast was good, and the food was organized and well kept. The room and bathroom were nice, and when I reported a leak in the shower, they were very quick to get maintenance in there to fix it.

Breakfast was good, but I kept getting coffee grounds in my cup. Also, for such a nice place, the walls are very thin, so I could hear everyone in the rooms next to me and above me. Since there was a softball tournament going on, there were a lot of people there at the same time as me.

Beds were comfortable . The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Was able to get rested up.

I had thought they had overcharged for the stay, but booking through a third party a deposit was held until checkout. Or that's what was told to my wife. I haven't seen it reconciled in my account yet.

The gentleman working the front desk at check in was wonderful. Super polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Will consider staying here in the future.

Breakfast was disappointing. Seemed the options were decent however everything was empty. They didn't have the staff and/or products to keep up with the demand and amount of people who stayed there.

The staff was outstanding and a special shout out to the night manager who checked me in on Nov 13 late in the evening..I’d had a very long and rough travel day including a blow out on my rental car and he was so understanding, kind and helpful and I very much appreciated it. Everything about my 3 nite stay was excellent.

It was all great.

The breakfast was very good. Had a nice variety of items to choose from. Staff had a difficult time keeping the regular coffee plenished. The night front desk (girl) was extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean & roomy.

The morning/afternoon front desk staff (woman) was very rude 😒. We asked her for extra towels because our room didn't have enough for two people and she wouldn't give them to us. We even asked for extra soap and she acted as I was her for a million dollars or stealing it.
