I thought with planes flying over, we would hear them but the rooms must be very insulated or something because we didn't hear anything! No one in the hall or outdoors. We stayed 6 nights & it was great! Breakfast was also really good! Our grandkids really enjoyed everything about it. Staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

The grandkids said there was to much chlorine in the pool, but loved the hot tub. The pool wasn't really an issue because family in Wichita have pools that the kids were in the majority of the time. 😂

The staff was great, especially Stacey and John. We had a situation with the smoke detector not stopping once it was set off by steam from the shower & John, the GM, came back from hs home & took care of it. All the while,Stacey was trying her best to get it to stop. Then, once it was fixed, Stacey brought us a care pkg of snacks. I will definitely stay there again.

The tub in the shower looked dirty. However, when I made them aware of it, housekeeping came up & tried to clean it. But, it was rust so it wouldn't come off, John explained that they are waiting for a remodel.

The room was just right for our family. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was friendly. It was great to have a washer and dryer on the floor for our wet swim suits. The hotel was close to some shopping and restaurants. The fridge and microwave in the room were handy. The kids enjoyed having cable TV.

Not a huge deal, but the bathroom was a little small, and the door didn't seem to open all the way, but it worked for us. We were a little disappointed in the free breakfast. We were hoping for more options, but again, not a huge deal. We all were able to find something to eat.

Great hospitality, breakfast was good, they were very accommodating during check out because of the bad weather outside. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we were a little disappointed about is the jets on the hot tub weren't working and the heater/ac units were kind of noisy but still not bad over all and would definitely stay again.

Our room was cool when we got there. Hot breakfast. Staff was nice.

There was so much chlorine in the pool our eyes were burning and we didn’t even go under. They ran out of bottled water for sale. No towels in pool area.

The prices were favorable, comfort and staff gave our family a positive experience. We also LOVED the Hot breakfast included in our room price. Eggs, bacon, etc. Very positive experience.

Amazing staff (Jennifer) extremely helpful. Hot tub knocked out our sore muscles from moving. Variety of breakfast items. Great coffee, enjoyed the help yourself marketplace.

Back door key reader doesn’t work very well

just the occasional plane noise, stayed on 4th floor and would hear faint noise from take off. not that loud.

Couch in suite could have been more comfortable, but hey... there was a couch!

The room size was perfect for my large family of 7. Having two queens and a couch bed was exactly what we needed. The bathroom was large. The indoor pool being open until 11PM. Even though hot breakfast wasn't available, I was happy that they offered to go breakfast bags

None of the three cardio machines worked. Of the three, only the treadmill was marked out of order. Many hotels are offering hot breakfasts made to order. That would have been nice as well.
