The place was well kept staff helpful and very nice will be staying there on our next trip to Corbin in couple months for sure and gave us discount on the great food at David's steakhouse next door can't really say there was anything bad that we saw will be back thanks the Crawford family from smokey mtns of N.C.

We were not impressed with (or lack of) the continental breakfast and ended up eating elsewhere. We also did not like that they did not clean or restock the room (towels, toilet paper etc.) during our stay. We had to go ask for these items.

30 dollar charge for pets. I had 2 pets 10 lb dog and 20 lb dog. There was a 15 dollar charge for each pet. one pet does not dirty a room more than 2. I realize that some people do not take pets out to pee however I feel 15 dollars is reasonable 30 is unreasonable

The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee in lobby with the breakfast was great.

We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for towels and wash clothes every day except day we checked in and on 2 of the days even after calling and asking for them we still did not get them. Lucky for us I brought some from home because the time before this we couldn't get them. They always were out. We shower every day and I'm not washing or drying my face on a rag or towel that has been on the rest of my body. Just gross. No coffee pot in the room. I always drink coffee after supper but couldn't here.

Convenient to get back on hwy 25 for us The ppl at the front desk are English speaking ppl which is a big plus for us. Our son has plans to be in Corbin in the near future & plans to stay at this Motel. The young man, Mr Hale (I think), was very profession, helpful & courteous.

The decor could be brighter colors, more inviting. We only wanted a place to sleep overnight & this motel was perfectly located for our needs.

Was clean, nice staff, close to outside so we could walk the dog. Restaurants, gas stations nearby.

Needs signage to show how to get to motel from road - had to go around other businesses to get there. Trouble figuring that out. Also - not hotel's fault - would be nice if people staying in room above us realized that at 2:30 am people below them are trying to sleep. Kept hearing walking and rolling of suitcase/cooler, etc. Good reason to go back to carpeting.

Cleaning, breakfast was good. Great staff. Rooms look very updated and clean, no cigarette smell inside rooms. A lot of TV channels. Even tho is near Highway, was really quiet and peaceful

Think price can be a bit better, cigarettes smells in the hall.

Was able to change my room to accomodate my physical need. No elevator. I have a bad back and shoulder. Hard to carry bags up stairs. Gave me a lower accessible room.

Was noisey with people slamming doors when they were leaving at 530am. Mostly truckers leaving for work.

Breakfast was ok., would like to see some scrambled eggs and bacon or something hot., but it was better then nothing. Coffee is always good there

Top bed cover had many burn holes and had food smeared on it upon arrival. I didn’t stay in a smoking room., but even so bedding with that man holes she be thrown away. Bathtub was dirty

Friendly staff, free breakfast, and convenient location

Feet got dirty walking on the floor, bathtub did not look clean, under beds had not been cleaned (still had trash under bed), and had a dog barking nonstop for the longest time next to our room.
