Suite was large, clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff helped with restaurant recommendations.

pet friendly, Melanie who checked us in, room size and the bed and pillows were great! it’s very hard to find good pillows! Yours are perfect! Plenty of towels! The air conditioner was clean. I react to bad/dirty filters in air conditioning. So the air quality was good! My allergies didn’t act up. No asthma attack when I turned it on!

There were whiskers on the shower and there was some dirt on the tub. We had a hard time finding a grassy area around the property to take our dog out to go potty!

I liked that the rooms were updated and that we had a king in the room and the sofa bed was in a different location. The staff was friendly and was helpful. Pool was nice for the kids and the breakfast was good as well. Both beds were clean and well kept.

The bathroom wasn't super clean. It had old splashes of something brown on the walls. TV in the part of the hotel where the sofa bed was not working most of the time we were there. Only worked for the first 15 min we were there. But the kids entertained themselves.

I accidentally booked the hotel room for the wrong night and although she informed me of that at our arrival, the very kind lady that checked me in, very kindly and quickly, switched the reservation to last night for me without any hassle or any complaint and with a smile on her face! I really appreciated that after having some bad experiences with zoo employees on this trip. She treated me kindly and with respect. The gentleman who checked me out the following morning was also very kind and had a very nice smile on his face. It was a very good experience and my children and I will be back again.

If there is any slightly negative feedback it was that there was some trash left over in the room from a previous guest but it wasn't a big deal.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The pillows were awful. I would recommend everyone bring your own pillow if possible. The walls are a little thin. The person in the room next door had his alarm set at midnight and it was going off for 5 minutes before he got up and turned it off, then I could hear him moving around for 20 minutes before he left.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed. Large dining room. We didn't have breakfast, though it looked delicious. Used the laundry. 1 washer and one dryer. No one else using it. Washer free. Dryer just a dollar.

Location behind Starbucks opening to a busy road with no lights. Dangerous left turn. Elevator was out of order on Sunday when we checked out. Had to carry luggage down 3 flights. Very inconvenient.

Overall our stay was great. Very nice clean room with sleeper sofa, Fridge could have been a bit bigger, but was satisfactory. Breakfast was great! Staff was very helpful anytime we needed anything and pleasant to talk with. Anytime we needed anything it was received very quickly. Nice having an indoor pool with the weather being rainy.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Nice complimentary breakfast. Dog friendly with a $20 fee. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was much smaller than it appears in photos. Dog walk area was very small, so walking our dogs was a bit of a challenge. While there are many restaurants, has stations and a Walmart nearby, there isn't much green space for dogs, so I would suggest planning accordingly.

it was the perfect stopping place for us on our way to Asheville from Chicago. The facility and our room were clean, the staff friendly and there were plenty of carts to get out things in and out.

it was a little tricky to get to the hotel from the main road, but you could see the building from all angles and eventually we got there!

The room was clean and the cleaning staff made sure we were equipped with extra towels.

The guest laundry on the second floor the washer was free but it was dirty and had to pay to dry. It would be wonderful if drying was free it took two dollars to dry the laundry because the dryer was older. The coffee pot in the room 223 was dirty. The coffee maker where you put the coffee to brew was only good for one time it melted after one brew. I did clean it before I used it.
