The location, the room, the shower, the bed, the tv, and the staff! I really enjoyed my stay it was easy to get to and easy to check in and the staff was very pleasant and very helpful especially Caleb he helped me get my tickets printed for the concert and my meet and greet with Ice Cube he went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him thank you Caleb!! And my stay was very nice the bed was very comfortable and it was a very nice ambience! And the shower was amazing! Everything was really nice and clean! And the view from the hotel is exquisite and very serene! I'm definitely going to come back I am from Kentucky but I've never been to Eastern Kentucky and it is very beautiful here so I'm definitely going to come back up and stay a little longer and explore my state more! And on my way home I did stop by the Cumberland Falls which was very convenient and easy to get to as well and it was very beautiful and I highly recommend!! So overall everything was great! Thank you to everyone at the Hampton Inn! Look forward to seeing you in the future!

The only thing that I can really think of is when I had to use the business center I had to use a Microsoft account and of course I don't use that account a lot so it was very hard for me to figure out my password, but Caleb from the front desk was there to help me and assist me and everything that I needed!!

Our flight was cancelled so we had to drive a rental car home. I needed a quick overnight stop on the way home. Shower quality was amazing and I felt refreshed. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was dark and quiet. My sons loved getting breakfast and it helped fill them so we didn't have to stop the rest of the way home. It was definitely a highlight of the journey home.

We were headed from a concert venue in Atlanta to another in Cincinnati and this was a good “halfway” break. The other reviews on the place made my mind up even though it was a bit more expensive than others. We were very happy with our stay. We were arriving well after midnight (4am) and when we called ahead they said they were already aware from the notes I sent through booking and to have a safe drive up. Arrived and the front desk was already pulling out our key, said she was glad we made it safe, he is in the closest room to checkout so we didn’t have to walk far from driving all night, and asked if we wanted a late checkout to get a bit more sleep. Great staff, very clean!!

Breakfast could have been a little better. Sausages were dry. I know that they were turkey.

Love staying at Hampton Inns. I know that the rooms, bathrooms, and especially the beds… are clean and comfortable. No worries. Staff is always helpful and friendly. This time, very helpful to correct a booking mistake that had resulted in double booking. Right away, he noticed that I was booked for two rooms instead of one. He canceled one and also canceled the fees. And he could have charged the fees for canceling one room. Thanks!!! Will always be our first choice of where to stay when we are on road trips.

The deceitfulness of the online booking It appeared I booked directly from the hotel but come to find out I couldn’t get a discounted rate because I book through booking.com This is the first email I received from booking.com and I will never use online booking or you again

Clean! The gal at the front desk was super! Had a little issue with my check in, she was super apologetic and extremely friendly! Cant say much about anything other than it was clean and the beds were comfy - our stay was very short, just long enough to sleep for a few hours on our way to Florida!

I liked that the indoor pool was open later so that the kiddos was able to swim a bit before bed as we usually ont get back to the hotels till 9-10 at night pool was open till midnight. Beds was very comfortable. Didn’t wake up with sore backs showers was great all my wife’s favs so win win thanks

They had a good selection of breakfast breakfast and the staff was curious and professional.

The beds kind sucks and the pool was down for remodeling.
