Around midnight I was awaken by loud voices out on the outside patio under my window. I called the desk repeatedly, but he would not pick up. I got dressed and went down to find the night clerk sitting there on the computer. I told him about the people Went back upstairs and peeked out the window, The drunk men waved at me. They didn't leave. My husband went down and the clerk told him he did not know what to do. It took him two more times to get them to leave. We didn't get much sleep that night. Why didn't he answer our calls? Why was he not trained better to handle this?

The hotel is easy to find, right off the highway, with easy access. Parking was free and plenty of it. The hotel is updated and clean. Breakfast was great. Coffee and hot food including eggs, sausages, pancakes and other items such as cereal and pastries. The pool was nice and clean, the fitness room was also clean and taken care of with new equipment. There was a lot of people in the hotel at the time (we could tell during breakfast time) but it didn't feel crowded or loud. The hotel also has a nice outdoor space with seating and tables, we didn't use it because it was cold. Another plus is there's a pizza restaurant that was really good right across the street and other fast food places within a couple minute walk.

We stayed in April 2022, at the end of the pandemic, so there was a couple of nuances such as having to sign up for pool time in advance and getting towels at the front desk. Although each time we went, there was no one else at the pool, which was nice. I wish they had a hot tub in the pool area.

This has always been my go to stop for my drives up north from Louisiana. The hotel is always clean, quiet and accommodating. Thank you for the great night's sleep every time!

I don't have any dislikes...it's why I keep returning to the hotel.

staff was very nice , breakfast was good. room was nice.

shower floor was really slippery, need a shower mat did not fell comfortable taking shower. when I checked in was told just updated computers and had no keys to rooms so gave me only one universal card to get in to room , wife did not feel safe staying there with everyone staying getting universal cards felt like anyone could get into everyone’s rooms.

Breakfast was very good. Area clean and appealing. Employees helpful and friendly.

Had a good experience. Felt safe with my family. Would recommend to any family that our over night stay was a good experience.

Very clean, loved the facilities, the pool was nice and clean. Love the dove products, I also loved the counter space in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very close to the University and the facilities were great

All was well while we stayed there And the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices.

My friend and I traveled from western Kentucky for concert and we were extremely pleased with the staff and facilities. Check in process was quick and easy and everything was neat and clean.

Wonderful room for couples. The layout was the best designed room I have stayed in. Please note I have traveled the world and have stayed many 5 star resorts. Cudos to Holiday Inns design team. The full length mirror in hall (out side of bathroom) was perfect for applying makeup and doing my hair. Loved the shelf near the mirror that held my makeup and hair supplies. Also your design team added an outlet for hair dryer and curling iron. Just a wonderful comfortable room. Would love a list of all your location with this design. Pamela B

Great room, no negatives

It was clean and really liked the layout. My husband commented how he like the clean spacious shower. The location was close to the interstate but still quiet.
