We are from South Carolina and came to Kentucky due to my mother being taken to the hospital and family called in. Unfortunately my mother did pass away while we were there so having a hotel meeting our needs was such a blessing and one thing we didn't have to worry about. Liked the room which was very clean and roomy and was pet friendly. The staff was friendly. Also liked the availability of the coffee and hot water for tea in the evening. Loved having a Keurig coffee maker in the room.

There was nothing we didn't like. However would be nice to have Green Tea k-cups in the room.

The breakfast was satisfying, it tasted good and was hot. It was nice to have a lot of walking area around for walking the dog. The access to I65 and the availability of numerous restaurants was nice,

The only issue I had was with the contractors who were refreshing the place. They blocked off the entire covered entry area with their vehicles forcing me to load my vehicle up in a heavy downpour.

Breakfast was great! Staff were polite and helpful! Location was perfect! The grounds and facility were clean.

The room was humid probably due to being near the pool, but not uncomfortable. I asked for a handicapped accessible room. Although there were hand rails and an accessible toilet there was a regular as opposed to a walk in shower. As I was unable to step over the tub safely, I was unable to shower during my stay. Otherwise my stay was delightful.

We were visiting E-town for our daughter's softball tournament. This hotel met all our needs. The breakfast selection was great. The gym met our needs. Our room was on a floor that was just renovated and clean. Plenty of parking. Pool is nice. Staff were very friendly. We will stay here again if our travel brings us back to E-town in the future.

Central to many different restaurants. The room were nice. We had an issue in the room with the air conditioner and staff remedy the situation in no time. Love that!

Not having more time to spend in Elizabethtown. I will be returning later this year and this Hotel will be the only one I stay at. I enjoyed myself there so much.

Staff was friendly and helpful. 7nfortunately we had a few problems which were not resolved to our satisfaction

The refrigerator was not working properly. Because I had insulin pens that needed to be kept cold, I was concerned about the refrigerator keeping them cold. Also two pair of underwater were left in a drawer Both its were brought to the attention of the staff. They discounted our stay. But did not do anything else to resolve the issies.

It was convenient and clean. I stayed in 3 different hotels during the week and my only negative would be the price. It was the most expensive but nothing that really justified the higher price in my opinion.

Price, stayed at a home 2 earlier in the week and a Tru earlier in the week. Both cheaper and just as nice.

BReakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. I especially liked the courtyard.

There was a great deal of night noise. Couldn't determins if it came from the nearby stairwell or from people walking heavily above. WE were on the first floor. Otherwise all was well.

Stay and facilitate was fine. But some personal training for the front desk girls needs to be a priority!!! Check in is listed for 3pm, I arrived at 5:30 AND MY ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE! That is UNACCEPTABLE! The girl at the front desk was very rude and told me they can’t do anything about it because the housekeepers are behind. I explained to her that I have a 13 yr old son who needs to be at a ball tournament soon and HAS TO CHANGE. She said that she already told me once, and I told her that I heard her the first time. How can I arrive AFTER the check in time and room not be ready?? How can a room NOT be ready at 5:30pm ANYWAY? When we finally get in room, the mirror and bathroom sink was NASTY and had NOT BEEN CLEANED at all!! Will NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! You get that first opportunity to make a great impression, as a business, this should NEVER HAPPEN!!!

The location was convenient for me, out of the way but still in close proximity to restaurants. The facilities were clean and up to date. The lighting in the bathroom was good, the towels were very nice, as were the toiletries. The bed was comfy, the pillows were good. I used the mini fridge in the room which worked fine. The breakfast was better than average with scrambled eggs, bacon and the biscuits and gravy were excellent. The OJ from the machine was good and I was pleased to find milk in the fridge. The coffee was good and there were French vanilla shots and half and half available. There was an assortment of cereals, a waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, and fresh fruit, bananas and apples. The only item I found fault with was the French toast, which was overcooked or had been under a warmer for a very long time. I only tried that once. :) I wish I'd made time to try the pool, which looked very nice. The property was a good value for the money, which was comparable to other properties in the area, and less than some.
