The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was fast and easy. The room was clean, the hot tub was hot and soothing. All room service staff were respectful and friendly. Breakfast was good with many selections. Overall a great experience! We went to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Newport Aquarium, and this hotel was pretty close to everything. Lots of places to eat in the area and a Walmart just minutes away!

I guess if I could find one thing I didn't like would be that breakfast had no bacon! lol That would have put the icing on the cake because everything was great about our stay.

We stayed for a baseball tournament. I received a deal from Booking.com and chose the hotel for value. I saw good reviews. The hotel was very clean and staff we re polite and helpful with requests.

The breakfast was not very good. It was the same each day. There was plenty of food and staff were attentive so it was just the limited choices I refer to. The view is not great but it is in an area with waffle houses, a Cracker Barrel snd other hotels.The pool was very small but the lady at front desk allowed my kids to use it a little later because it was crowded for a while

We loved everything about our stay! Initially we were planning to stay for one night only, but we ended up staying for three nights, because we loved it so much! Great location for visiting the Ark Encounter too! (about 20-25 minutes away) Nice, clean, inside pool, and the best staff! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Soft towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Good size fridge, microwave, and a little coffee machine in the room, plus coffee and tea available all day long downstairs by the Reception/breakfast area. Breakfast was included but we didn’t go to breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. The other people seemed to enjoy it though. We had a really lovely stay, and will stay there again when in the area. Well it’s location was great convenient to food and gas

1.The price was much especially since I was given a military discount on my room when I reserved it but it didn’t show at the front desk and the girl didn’t change it or know why and she could see it in the reservation (STRANGE ) 2. The pool need the filters serviced 3. Guest where allowed to walk around in the eating area near footed 🤢 4. Emergency outside door was opened and the alarm never went off I reported that it was opened to the front desk staff 5. AC wasn’t working in first room given changed rooms It was located on the 3rd floor 319-320 don’t remember but it has a messed up door where they changed the locked device (Strange) it’s one of the smaller rooms

Loved the breakfast selection, in door pool was nice, room was cleaned and the beds were comfortable. There are doce products in the bathroom. I forgot my toothbrush and they had some on site along with tooth paste.

The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived on check in our door was open. The housekeeping was just in there. So we asked if the room was ready she said yes. We realize an hour later that the house keeper forgot to put towels in the bathroom so we had to track down a house keeper to get some.

the only thing is checking in the girl was a little rude, she was training a new person, i asked where the room was and she pointed to one area but not specific, then i asked again, pointed in a different area, she wouldn't even get out of her chair to show me, also it doesn't state online what the pet fees were, told her we had 2 well behaved little dogs and she charged 70.00, I have never paid more then 35.00 for the two of them. so billed was over 180.00 which it usually is around 100.00.

The room was large and had plenty of space for my 4 kids, dog and I. Breakfast was good, I appreciate all the options! The building was clean and maintained. We've stayed here on several occasions and plan stay again in the future

My only complaint is no fault of the property, but there's a $35/pet fee that isn't listed on booking.com. while that fee is a bit smaller than some other hotel options, it would be nice to know about it ahead of time!

Everything was clean and staff were amazing. Dorothy and Andy were amazing staff. Dorothy called me several times to keep me informed of the broken elevator that did in fact get fixed. She was very curtious and went the extra mile to insure we got the room we reserved.

The air conditioner didn't work well. They tried to fix it but it still didn't work well. It made for an uncomfortable stay but there wasn't anything more they could do.

Location, price, clean and comfortable! Pool was really nice too. Lots of places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Air conditioner was a bit too noisy! Last night there was a new person came in next to us,they kept opening and closing their doors for over a hour approximately around 8:30pm Even after 9:45 pm. With Kids. But it was annoying! Also children wanted to enter the pool without a parent, I was not going to be responsible for 4 children so I suggested they ask the front desk if they could be there without a parent! The front desk said no so the kids left! I wish the front desk would stager rooms, like every other room active, keep kids and parents together, and let the couples be away from parents with kids, hey we raised our kids and want a little piece and quite when we are on a getaway!

Our 2nd room we received after being sent accidentally to a room that wasn't made up yet was wonderful. Beds were so comfortable, room was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and loved that it was in area that had has restaurants around. This is a great place to stay when you are on a tight budget.

Nothing really to complain about. The only thing I would mention is that our first room wasn't made up but staff was very helpful and gave us a new room right away.
