We stayed in the king suite with whirpool and let me tell you, it was worth it!! Now that the doubletree Hilton got rid of their jacuzzi tubs I was so disappointed but this tub is so much better!! Me and my husband can both fit and he’s 6’2”!! Also the pool and hot tub being open til midnight is amazing!! That’s so great and unheard of being open so late but so thankful. If I had to say any bad things I would say the towels could be plushier and they could use some bigger tvs …… but overall we will be back again!!

Everything was perfect! Since the doubletree Hilton got rid of their big jacuzzi tubs and replaced them with walk in showers we’ve been searching for a new hotel and we’ve finally found it! Spend a little extra and get the whirlpool, you won’t regret it! Great water pressure on shower and whirlpool, comfortable bed, prime location, plenty of parking, very clean

I would like bigger tvs and my wife says the towels are scratchy so maybe some better towels

This place was convenient to a lot of restaurants. It is 30 mins away from The Ark Encounter and 1 Hr from the Creation Museum. All of the front desk staff was helpful and nice as well as the cleaning staff. They made sure you got what you needed and wanted you to feel comfortable and welcomed. We enjoyed the Gym, Pool, and Hot Tub hours until 12AM everyday. We enjoyed checkout until 12PM as well. The breakfast was AWESOME! My wife and I were very happy and impressed with our stay here. We recommend you stay here.

Nothing we saw needed to be better. Very satisfied with this place.

The property was clean and appropriately decorated for the Holidays. We liked that there was a hot tub in the room. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, waffles, the usual. Bed was comfortable.

The hot tub was decent but a little outdated and you have to literally get out of it and walk to the timer that operates the jets if you’re in it longer than the timer allows. Not enough towels. Property wasn’t very close to the Horse Park but then again none of the properties are very close. A little more expensive than it’s worth.

Breakfast had a variety of selections. Biscuits n gravy were very good. Always stocked well. Located in the middle of restaurants, easy access to freeway. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Very friendly environment.

The only thing that was below standards was the deadbolt lock was hard to lock once inside room and hard to open door to get in bc door would stick and I had to use my shoulder to shove it open.

The location was handy...right off the freeway. The facility was clean & although we didn't partake, they served the standard breakfast.

It seems that when we use Booking.com to make our reservations, we are given something of a less desirable room.. often times a room setup for someone with disabilities (wheelchair accessible) and/or one of the rooms with repairs needing to be made...

The staff was GREAT!! Very nice and friendly! The breakfast was EXCELLANT!! It had anything you could ask for, from waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and every other day there was biscuit, gravy and sausage, next day was bacon, eggs, hashbrowns. Awesome!!

Not the hotel's fault, but I do wish the other guests wouldn't slam their doors, especially at 5:30 - 6:00 in the AM!! I think that is very rude and inconsiderate of others!!

Convenient location. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We were originally assigned a room on the second floor facing a busy road. The noise prevented me from sleeping. I asked to have my room changed-with persistence I was given a room on the fourth floor on the quiet side for my 2nd and 3rd nights. A much better experience.

I did not utilize the breakfast service, but did take some coffee with me which was nice. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable, just what I was looking for, and at a fair price.

I really have nothing bad to say about my experience. The hotel is located in a very busy area full of other hotels and restaurants, but despite this there were green areas where I could walk my dog.

overall a good property to stay at

didn’t even have a slip resistant tub/shower. I slipped the first night but was able to keep from falling. I had to get out of the tub and grab a towel to put down in order to finish my shower. good thing I made it safe for my husband before he showered. he has a knee problem and would have fallen. I complained but got no response at all. I had gotten a text when we checked in saying to text if they could be of help. I sent a text with my complaint but got no response.
