This place was convenient to a lot of restaurants. It is 30 mins away from The Ark Encounter and 1 Hr from the Creation Museum. All of the front desk staff was helpful and nice as well as the cleaning staff. They made sure you got what you needed and wanted you to feel comfortable and welcomed. We enjoyed the Gym, Pool, and Hot Tub hours until 12AM everyday. We enjoyed checkout until 12PM as well. The breakfast was AWESOME! My wife and I were very happy and impressed with our stay here. We recommend you stay here.

Nothing we saw needed to be better. Very satisfied with this place.

Loved the ability to be close to dining as well as not far from attractions in lexington. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was awesome. My kids loved it! This is the second time I have stayed with them and I will do it again!

The kids in the pool the second night would scream in the pool area, and we ended up leaving early because of it. And I know hotels need to make repairs, and I don't have a problem with that, but I didn't like walking out of my door to a ladder and caulking gun, I almost stepped on.

didn’t even have a slip resistant tub/shower. I slipped the first night but was able to keep from falling. I had to get out of the tub and grab a towel to put down in order to finish my shower. good thing I made it safe for my husband before he showered. he has a knee problem and would have fallen. I complained but got no response at all. I had gotten a text when we checked in saying to text if they could be of help. I sent a text with my complaint but got no response.

The Country inn and Suites by Radisson in Georgetown Kentucky was a great stay! I originally booked through Expedia who caused me nothing but issues and called the women at the front desk 17 times (literally)! However, when I spoke with them, they showed me nothing but kindness and were able to help me sort things out. Now on to the better part, the stay! When we arrived we were greeted kindly and checked in quickly. Our room was clean, roomy, and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open and provided me, my husband, and my children with relaxation and fun. The whole place was clean which is something I really appreciate. The woman at the front desk were friendly and professional. There were many restaurants surrounding the hotel and even more restaurants and shopping within a short distance. This is the only place I will stay from now on when I'm in Georgetown!

Our one night stay was lovely. I picked this spot for the breakfast reviews and it didn’t disappoint but also the staff were super kind, the pool was great, the shower was awesome and the rooms clean. I’m gluten-free and dairy-free so a breakfast with multiple options is important and this place has it. Cereals (brought our own almond milk), hard-boiled eggs, sausage patties, and fruit was what I had, but for non-restricted diets there was much more. Also appreciated the later check-out time, we took the kids for a dip in the pool to get energy out before putting them in car seat all day—that worked well. Hoping this becomes our usual overnight stop when we head south.

Our suite had two bedrooms, a living room with a pull out couch, and each room had its own television. The room also had an iron, ironing board, mini fridge, and microwave. The breakfasts offered were rotated each day such as bacon, sausage, eggs, gravy, potatoes, and biscuits. There was always oatmeal,a waffle machine station, bananas, apples, cereal, coffee, juice, and yogurt available each day. The breakfast area was clean and the hotel staff was on the ready to make sure nothing ran out.

The rooms show some minor damage from usage. For example our bathroom door wouldn’t lock, but over all a clean appearance. The pool is small but the kids still enjoyed it. The hot tub looked clean and was a decent size. The gym looked nice as well with a dumb bell set, elliptical, and a treadmill.

Only one thing. I forgot my shower cap and there were none in the set of shampoo, lotion, etc. I know I could've gone down to the desk or celled to ask for one, but I was ready to jump into the shower and didn't want to get dressed again to go down to the desk.

We lost power due to the storm on 03/02. They did not restore power until the night of 03/07. Loved the ability to branch into different rooms with the Suite layout. I was able to turn down the lights and read to my daughter as she went to bed while her older brother watched a show in the other room. The room felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful considering we were checking in later at night.

The staff and room were outstanding! It was well located for the ARK Encounter while meeting our needs to meet with friends in the area. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding!! It was very peaceful to sleep and roomy.

The pool and spa need remodeling which they say will happen later in September.

As soon as I walked in the door, it smelled amazing. Weird but, it just felt homey and clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer and I liked the free breakfast option and the fact that the indoor pool and hot tub were open until midnight. Safe, clean area and not too far off the expressway. Also within walking distance to several restaurants right across the street.

The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the jets on the hot tub in the room were loud. Even though we were using the hot tub around 8pm and not too late in our mind, we still felt guilty that we were being too loud for the others on either side of us. I am one to find a good deal and I did feel like this room was a bit pricey however, I understand they have to make their money also.
