The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby & refreshment/dining areas were immaculate. I was very impressed at how organized & clean they were. They offer fresh popped corn in the lobby until around 9pm, & cocoa, coffee, etc 24 hrs in the refreshment area, which was very nice. The hallways & rooms were very well-kept & clean. The outside & inside of the hotel were nicely decorated for Christmas. I felt very safe in the parking lot & on the grounds. Breakfast selections were good--juices, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereals, & yogurts. Cost of stay was reasonable.

I would stay again, but be prepared for squeaky floors & pretty thin walls (at least that's what we encountered in our area of the hotel). The bed was not very comfortable. However, the staff, cleanliness, & location of the hotel would definitely persuade me to stay again.

The breakfast was great!! The late evening (Saturday night) and early morning (sunday) staff were outstanding and went above and beyond just being a greeter! Rooms looked just like in the picture. The hotel was quiet, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice 3 min drive to Patti's for supper. One thing my husband pointed out was that there needed to be lights by the road where you turn in to the hotel. It was really hard at night to see the turn in as there were no lights there or across the road at the gas station.

Free popcorn & cookies. Breakfast also included was very good. The hotel is about 30-40 miles from Metropolis IL the home of Superman which was fun to visit.

AFTER our stay was completed the property was sharing all sorts of "themed" rooms on social media which we had no idea was available. It would have been nice to have had the option to at least inquire about one of these. We did not have this issue but friends were disturbed by noisy neighbors.

We put two grandmas and a great grandma up at Patti's while we stayed at nearby Canal campground. At our request, Patti's had them in rooms right next to each other. The rooms weren't anything fancy, but they were clean and comfortable. Having a fridge and each room was very nice. The breakfast was good. Coffee and cookies and popcorn in the lobby were a nice and appreciated touch. For the price (especially on Memorial Day weekend) we were very pleased.

Having laundry facilities (even one coin-operated washer and dryer like the nearby Motel 6) would have been nice for us.

Great location

On the last night of our stay. We had ants on the inside all over the window seal. Night shift staff was super apologetic and offered us another room. I declined and sprayed with bug spray. When we checked out on Sunday morning 5/21/23 I reminded the Morning staff of the issue. And got a simple reply of ok have a nice day.

Very easy in and out, convenient to the highway and local attractions. Very clean, friendly.

Unfortunately, the pool was always full of children. But, that can’t be helped. Unless, there was an adult swim time implemented. Highway traffic at night and the parking lot lights were annoying. Again, can’t be helped. Price of stay made up for the minor issues. Staff was exceptionally nice, accommodating and helpful. The property was exceptionally clean, too!

This is one of my favorite get-a-ways. Pattis Inn and Suites never fails to be near perfect. The breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are on the small size but very clean and comfortable.

They didn’t serve bacon or Pattis famous bread like they have in the past. Pool is a bit small and loaded with kids; closes too early, so we couldn’t enjoy it.

We liked the little gift shop, and the obvious pride the staff has in this hotel. Our room had unique and whimsical decorations, the bed was comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. I bought a birthday gift for my daughter at the hotel gift shop!

Not much. Room was a little small, but everything was arranged so thoughtfully that we did not feel cramped or inconvenienced in any way; we thought this exhibited foresight and thoughtfulness by mgmt.

The staff was friendly. The decor was very cute.

The room (queen room) was so small. We did ok but would have been nice to have a little more room to move around. Maybe a table too. The carpet was very very dirty and the bathroom floor was quite dirty as well.
