Everything is exceptionally wonderful here but the price is awful but the location is fantastic it's near all the buses in the stores and the places I need to go to it's awesome.

The price is way too much and I don't know how to get my rewards I might even have to connect them I don't know from different email addresses and stuff like that. I probably should have a free night or two on this thing I don't know that's terrible I'm computer illiterate.

Very nice room. A/C. Heat. Comfortable bed. Microwave. Fridge. Good lighting. Spacious. Clean.

Was not informed ahead of time that they would put a security hold on my card. I had not allowed for this expense and the extra charge overdrew my checking account which resulted in several overdraft fees from the bank. LaQuinta ignored me when I mentioned this to them. I would have liked to know before I got there that I was going to be charged a security deposit. I could have planned accordingly. As a result, I'm ending up paying double for this stay because of the bank charges from the overdraft. Not sure if I'll stay here again or not if they don't make this right and reimburse the charges.

I stayed at LaQuinta on March 23 and cost was $93.84. I also stayed on March 30 and the cost was $132.60. Both rooms had king size beds, both on 2nd floor 210 & 218 as far as I know no difference between rooms. I asked desk clerk why the difference in cost and she didn't know. I'd like to know why the difference of $38.76? The main reason we stayed on the 30th was because of the cost on the 23r. I like a good explanation as to why the difference.

The LaQuinta was Awesome! My Family and I really enjoyed Ourselves. The pool was Great! Rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. Breafast was Delicious my kids loves making their own waffles! I would definitely recommend friends and Family to book a room!

Well my only concern was a visitor came and made breakfast with no shoes on. There needs to be a policy about that very unsanitary.

The hotel was clean an comfy. The staff was nice an helpful. There was a woman that was staying there that was so rude an hateful to the staff an to us as well but the staff handled the situation professionally an I appreciate that.

Some technical issues with the reservations. The virtual card that was sent from booking.com was declined so had to call to fix that.

The woman who checked me in was amazing and super friendly. I wish I could remember her name! Being in town for a funeral, she made sure my family and I knew where each of us was so we could see each other since we came in from different states at different times. She asked often if we needed anything and made our stay much easier than we had expected it to be. She even called the pizza place that was taking forever to get to us and told them to get moving. lol Two thumbs up!

Coffee, a bottle of Dasani water, a fruit cup, and two energy bars made up the "Grab 'n Go" breakfast. While disappointing, the local health department had evidently placed limitations on what could be offered due to Covid-19. This is not true of other locations in Kentucky at the same time; each location is different. Despite the limits, the breakfast could have been better. The breakfast area (with TV) was very nice, and coffee bar nice also. I did like the ease of getting settled in, i.e., parking, check-in, location of room, etc. The hotel was clean and welcoming, although the young girl at the front desk didn't seem to be well trained in the art of welcoming a new guest to the hotel. Training and accountability is so very important at this kind of a hotel where many times this can be the difference maker in whether you get repeat customers. I liked the indoor pool, although the automatic door did not work and one apparent hotel worker told me that I had to go first to the front desk to get them to open the pool area. The area itself was very nice but in some disarray. I liked the set up of the king-size room. I liked the internet for my Chromebook.

TV channels did not match with channel lineup card on the credenza. The elevator floor was not clean at virtually any time during my visit.

Breakfasts were great & open not crowded.

The beds are not comfortable & it took 4 different trys with the key cards up & down the elevator at 4am to finally get some that actually worked. I don't like that the pool locks you in there & gotta call to get out.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.. The air conditioner was super cold and the free breakfast was nice.

The sofa (bed) cushions could use a good cleaning but it wasn't disgusting or smelly. Also the TV guide was a bit confusing.

The beds are comfortable, but sheets need to be cleaned better or replaced with new ones. There was some stains on the sheets. Breakfast was good except for the eggs.

The eggs for breakfast are not good. This is my 2nd time staying here, and the eggs need to be replaced with shell eggs, and not the liquid eggs.
