I enjoyed the location, size of the room, bathroom fan, and the fact the property offers free laundry services. The prices in the cupboard were reasonable, and the front desk attendants were friendly.

The thin floor boards were an issue. I could hear everything the person above me was doing, from walking to opening drawers. Although I was impressed with the complimentary laundry facility, the dryers were old and did not dry my clothes. My small load was in the dryer on a “normal “ setting for two hours and still was not dry. I ended up packing the lost and taking it to my mom's to finish drying.

This property was great for a one-night stopover on a long road trip. The staff was super friendly and the rooms are HUGE. The beds were fairly comfortable, albeit a bit hard for our taste. The shower pressure was great.

Our only problem was that the carpet didn't seem to be well cleaned. Our dog found a rock hard chicken nugget next to one of the beds that I then had to pry from her mouth - who knows how long it had been there. There was also some trash on the far side of the room on the other side of the bed that wasn't super easily visible at first glance. So it was an easy miss initially but it still should have been cleaned.

There is always people Cleaning the hotel. It smells and looks clean. The complimentary fruit water put out everyday is so good.

Our room did start to show some sign of needing attention. Ceiling wire were out (but capped off so safe but not visually appealing). Shower gels and bottles needed replacement. The shower knob should probably be replaced soon it is very loose and doesn’t hold in the right place. A little rust on light fixture. I love this hotel these are little things but I just don’t want to see the hotel not address and it go downhill.

The stuff was super friendly and knowledgeable. i loved the pantry it is a fantastic alternative to vending machines. It could use a few more things. i look forward to returning

Wish they had sandwiches or something to eat in the pantry other than chips and cookies late night arrival. Everything around was closed

EVERYTHING! It’s our go to spot from here on out! When we go see our son & his family! I’ll most positively use this hotel chain forever!

Pool rail was almost coming out , so it made it hard to get up the pool stairs & the handicap chair was broken.

The place was well kept. Staff at check in was really messy looking and unfriendly, but he turned out to be helpful! They overbooked the hotel rooms and he was able to help us by giving us a king and a pull out. We originally booked a double room.

Like the whole stay experience overall. It was great for the time we were there. The staff was awesome, helpful and friendly. Very nice stay will be back in the future. Room rate was different than first told but not by much. All good. Maranda was an awesome little gal, she is spot on her job, never had issues with anything else, stay wasn't long enough in our book. Loved it, while it lasted.

The person up above us had poor little fur baby that cried when gone, but person when there sounded like running laps in room. but was ok..probably playing with fur baby.

I booked it to celebrate my husband's birthday and our King room was equipped with a full kitchen, long desk to work at, comfortable bed, and large bathroom that was handicap accessible. Loved the staff, and checking in and checking out was a breeze.

Room was nice and big. Alot safer than Clarksville, Tenn. Great water pressure Extra towels PS ask for the back rooms, it is very noisy by the road.

The road noise, I'm a light sleeper. Parking was not good.

I enjoyed the overall comfort of our room as well as the great customer service. We only stayed a few days but it was nice to come to the room after a stressful day and unwind.
