The hotel is clean and the room was nice. Breakfast was good.

I only wish the front desk staff had a little more compassion as I was awoken by a barking dog in the room next door. I had to call the desk then walk to the lobby in my pajamas to ask if there was a way to find the owner. The attendant and manager just stated that dogs are allowed and they are sorry. By that time I was awake so I showered and left. I'm a dog person so I get it but when I arrive at midnight and the dog wakes me up early, maybe some compensation toward the room or a free stay next time? Nothing and I spent $150

The breakfast was delicious each morning. The bed was plush and the room was very comfortable to receive guests. The pool was refreshing. Everyone was very nice. This was a return visit and if anything it was better. Check in and out was a breeze and I was able to ask and receive anything extra I needed.

.The advertised price was about 30 dollars lower than the actual rate we got. The pool ran out of towels. We requested either the first floor or a room close to the elevator as my significant other has a hard time with long walking distance. We were on the second floor and 2/3 of the way down the hall from the elevator.

This is our second stay and it’s 2/2 on being cleanliness and how friendly everyone is checking in and out. The bright lights in the parking lot definitely make us feel safe coming in later in the evenings and parking on property.

The only issue we’d change is there being a fan in the bathroom. We like hot showers and have to prop the door to help ventilate. Definitely NOT a deal breaker by any means.

As always the hotel is exceptionally clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The buffet was excellent and any requests we had were granted promptly and with a smile. Paula at the front desk is especially outstanding as she understands the needs of a traveler and goes out of her way to help.

I can't think of a single thing that was wrong or that I would change. I am quite satisfied as always

The newness of the motel. Loved the colors and decor. LOVED the electric shade/room darkening shade in the room. Loved that the room had a chair plus a desk chair on wheels. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. Loved that they had coffee made at all times. Loved that they had a snack area where you could purchase items. Loved so much about this motel. The room was perfectly clean. Bathroom was just fine and plenty of towels also.

They didn't have smoothies as advertised. This would keep the motel from getting a 5 star review cause we honestly based our final decision to stay here on the fact that they offered smoothies. The poor was in desperate need of being vacuumed. Another reason we chose this motel was for the indoor pool And there was no way the temperature of the pool could have been as warm as the motel states it is. Was at first bummed by the 1 hour you are allowed to be in the pool, but then the water was so cold and there was SO MUCH HAIR, gobs of hair, floating and also all over the bottom of the pool. SO GROSS. Couldn't have stayed an hour even if i wanted to.

The staff member at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful! The view from our room was nice! Trees and a field versus a parking lot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Location had no restaurants nearby. We had to go to Tennessee to find a good place to eat. Clarksville is about 15 minutes down the highway. The bathroom door does not stay open…… It slammed shut so if you forgot in the middle of the night to hold the door, everyone in the room sleeping will now be awake! Poor design on the hotel’s part.

Clean facilities, lovely breakfast, and extremely helpful staff. One of the staff members even offered to jump start our car when we found out the battery had died overnight.

We picked this hotel for the Indoor pool Pool area was great but extremely cold kids were so cold there lips were blue

Great value. Employees were all very nice. Ron at the check in desk gave us advice about dining and offered a 20% off deal!Clean. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Coffee was very good. Night light in the bathroom. Well lit parking lot.

Not much in the way of dining nearby. Bathroom door doesn’t stay open and there’s no exhaust fan so the room stays steamy for a long time. No walk in shower in the accessible room.

We stayed in a bunch of places during our travel in this spring break. This hotel was the best, in almost every way. The price was also reasonable. The hotel was very clean and new. The room was spacious and clean, for our family of 4 adults, the double queen suite with a pull out couch worked well. The breakfast had a lot of hot items, prepared and delivered based on order and with ample precaution for Covid.

Coffee was mediocre. We had much better coffee at other hotel lobbies. Wish the pool had hot tub.
