The second room we were put in appeared cleaner, the bed was really comfy, the staff working upon check-in was really nice, very helpful, and moved us to another room before I even told her everything that was wrong with the first room, she moved us because there was no remote for the TV

The first room had a bug in it, I only saw the one but where there is one there are more. The bedding (sheets) were extremely wrinkled making it appear unclean, I had a really bad feeling about it and wanted to ask for my money back but I have a hard time making complaints. Then the remote had no batteries so I was forced to go inquire about it, luckily this lead to her moving us to another room that appeared cleaner and I didn't see any bugs so that one might have been a fluke.

The breakfast is just plain delicious! absolutely wonderful way to start my day. Not to mention the top-tier professional staff I'm greeted by in the morning, either knocking or at the front desk when I'm paying for my room, is just the best and most respectful group of fine men and woman i have ever crossed on this earth. i would say that this is quite frankly the best hotel that has ever existed on this planet

Good location, clean, great breakfast bar.

The hotel was in great need of repair. wallpaper was on the floor, and the hallway was dingy and need of a lot of repair, and the baseboard was coming off. we stayed a year ago and I thought they were doing a remodel but it still isn’t finished. Also because of weather there was no heat in halls, breakfast area or front desk. it was warm in our rooms.

The bed was great, room size was great, the overall appearance was great!

Room wasn't what I'd reserved at all. The bathroom wasn't wheelchair accessible like the one I reserved nothing like it at all... was long ways around and only one entrance to our room wheelchair accessible. Needs better/brighter lighting in rooms!! No pool open, no elevator. Anyone can enter & that's not a good thing!! I was truly scared from reviews!! But not as bad as what I read!! Thankfully!!

The location was great and staff were friendly. Breakfast was offered with stay which was nice. The beds were very comfortable.

The building is old and needs updated but still provided needs . The floors were dirty and carpets as well leaving your feet or socks dirty.

Good location, breakfast you had get there really early, because by 7:30 most of it was gone.Have lot of construction workers n they made sure they get more than their share That wasn't the hotels falt.

The bathroom door was hard to close .

older and needed updating, first room was issues with bathroom but lady staff member rectified right away and gave different room outside door didn’t lock and homeless people came in, and one lady came and helped herself for breakfast

Beds were nice, rooms were clean, staff were nice.

Noisy room due to interstate. An alarm went off for :20 minutes at 5AM in another room/area (it was super loud), maintenance came in around 6:45-7 AM to “adjust the toilet”, the phone rang briefly at 7:30 AM and housekeeping (as nice as those ladies were) were banging on doors at 7:30-8AM. We drove in for a MD appt in Lexington and just wanted a little sleep from the drive, but it didn’t happen.

The bed was very comfortable & clean. The shower water pressure & temperature was great. Easy to find location, right off the interstate. Rooms had amenities we appreciate w/traveling, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, flat screen TV. They offered a moderate continental breakfast, which was fine considering the current issues w/COVID-19. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very friendly & accommodating.

Property was probably premium in it’s day. Now it shows signs of aging. Our room had a patch on the wall that could use fresh paint to cover work. The walkways/halls could use a good cleaning, refreshing.
