The fitness room was an added bonus that was not included in the hotel's amenities. The location was easily accessible, and Jeremy (front desk staff) greeted us with a smile and had a very positive attitude!

The bathtub was a slicker surface than others I have used. It was also higher off of the ground, which made stepping out of the shower onto a tile floor quite treacherous for someone with shorter legs or knee and hip problems. I don't know if any other options are available, but I will ask next time.

I arrived way after check in time, and I called beforehand to convey it to the Front Desk Manager. So, as I walked in, my key card was available. Also, I went down to breakfast, and I had a lot of food to carry to my room for the kids, and the Breakfast Attendant helped me carry it all to my room on the third floor. Top tier customer service.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. The pool was clean and available when said it would be. 😊

The location was our number one item. We were there for a funeral and you were able to accommodate everyone.

Construction wasn't cleaned up at days end so we saw debris and dust everywhere. The breakfast sausage was not cooked properly. It should have been browned not just steamed or microwaved.

The breakfast was very good. The location is convenient and easy to get to. If you are traveling to the area it would be a good place to consider.

I had a problem with my room. But the staff quickly resolved problem. They were nice and they put me in another room.

Nice location, newly refurbished rooms. Excellent hot breakfast. Comfortable rooms and sleepworthy beds. Totally met our needs.

Ants on the nightstand between the beds. Called front desk and staff responded within 10 minutes.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, relatively speaking.

Use of the lobby as storage area for new and used carpet. This totally removed the lobby as a place of communion.

Some rooms are areas of the hotel are being updated and under construction, but I respect them trying to update. It wasn’t much of an issue. The workers were friendly as well and respectful.

I traveled on business for 30 years. This hotel puts out the best free breakfast I have ever had!!! Biscuit and REAL sausage gravy!!! Superb!

Toilet was not completely secured to the floor.

Location was good for us. We rode the Prestonsburg Passage trail on our bikes and enjoyed the town. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, especially the big fluffy waffles. Would stay again!

When you think suite you think roomy with more amenities than a regular room. Basically the only difference was that we had a couch.
