The Landmark Hotel

I liked that I was on the first floor. The room was nice and the a/c worked great due to the hot and muggy weather.. the bed was comfortable, but my arthritis only allowed me to sleep in it for little amounts of time.

No parking. Evidently there was to be construction and they had close parking blocked off. The clerk allowed me to park up front, but it was still quite a walk for me being handicapped. My daughter came to visit after my surgery and she had to park all the back in the back of the hotel.

We did not like the timer on the air conditioning. We kept waking up last night because it was too freaking HOT. Take that off it should not be cutting off in the middle of the night and heating the room up.

I was very shocked how clean, comfortable, and nice the hotel was for such a great price! You can tell they have done quite a bit of work to the hotel. It was easy and peaceful, and I really enjoyed my stay!

I really have no complaints. It was a nice stay and everything was great!

My mother just got out of the hospital with a broken back ..the beds were amazing so she slept as good as possible and gave us a late checkout to get her bathed in the shower cause it was handicap!!

Parking wasn’t great but it worked up.

The rooms were nice in the front desk staff very friendly. It was older building that had been refurbished. Easy to get in and out of. A little off the beaten path but easy to find with GPS. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. Great outdoor pool area with a gazebo.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell of old building. It wasn't overwhelming but enough to notice.

First off, the room was VERY clean. Furniture, carpeting, bathroom, bedding look brand new. The little keurig was cute and worked fine. Plenty of channels to choose from on the tv. Extra blankets were in the wardrobe, so we didn't have to call down for those, but we did need two extra towels for our children, who were listed on the booking. The staff was extra nice. The toilet paper holders wouldn't stay shut, so the paper kept falling on the floor. I told the woman at the front desk, and she said they knew about some of them, but not ours. She said they were in the middle of changing them when CoVid hit and she would let maintenance know. Overall, a wonderful stay for $100 a night. Would highly recommend, and in fact plan on staying again when we come back down.

Bathroom was pretty small. Shower curtain was just a smidge too short, so the floor got a little wet since there was no tub (and it's right behind the door, so pretty small). Fridge is spacious but has no freezer.

everything was great there’s not many nice hotels in eastern kentucky but I came to see family and me and my boyfriend were beyond impressed. the bed was SO comfy and the room was so nice! and the restaurant above was nice

wish there was a breakfast but there was a speedway walking distance so I wasn’t upset

The location was great, one mile from Appalachian Wireless Arena. The room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The exterior of the hotel looks very old in a cool vintage kind of way, the rooms were very nicely decorated and look very stylish. Will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Pikeville!

Absolutely nothing!

The location was excellent just a couple of blocks from the hospital where my family member was at. There was a Transformer blew out in the night and we were without electric for a few hours, but the staff were awesome and they offered to help me get my belongings and things to the car the next day when the elevators were still out from power loss.

The room was beautiful and so was the hotel! Very clean!

I really hate the bed sheets, I like a comforter, it was like two sheets and I hated it… and the bathroom is too small, hard to fit.
