The breakfast was average. The gravy was thin. Everything was placed close and could have been grouped better for access. Finding items was a two or three time take. Cleanliness was very good.

Grouping items better. There was not a flow. The waffle maker was blocking the toaster. Repositioning the drink dispenser to free up travel.

the pool was open, fitness room was open, vending machines, convenient being right in the middle of pikeville!! parking was easy, staff was accommodating and friendly. the Pikeville tourist center is right in the lobby of the hotel so it was super convenient. the staff let me request the 6th floor facing the back with had pretty view of mountains

we liked everything and would go back again! however, the breakfast was pretty underwhelming. when I called before booking, I asked how the breakfast is and they mentioned biscuits and gravy, eggs, meats, everything. but when we went to eat on a Saturday morning, it was like only a pepper cheese omelette and bacon (both were pretty good) and then normal grab and go breakfast with a waffle maker.

I love the location of our room. It was quiet and perfect. Definitely will be staying here again. The night staff was pleasant.

Just that the pool area once the surrounding area gets wet it holds a lot of water, then the one drain that I seen could handle. My suggestion is that the maintenance crew look into an industrial use type squeegee and come in and use it around the whole area. Not only will this keep someone from falling but possibly lawsuit to the property, and investors.

I felt the site was overpriced. My family stays at this location for family get togethers because we like the Hampton Inn, but the price is pretty steep for the weekend.

Hotel was very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Television had good variety of channel options. Nice warm indoor pool.

Shower head was not working properly but was useable. Beds were not as comfortable as we had expected. Parking was a bit of a hassle since it was downtown. The toiletries were a bit skimpy. Really not enough for 3 adults.

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the property is ideal for access to the Expo Center - it was a quick walk just across the street. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The lobby was beautiful! The staff was so friendly. There was a free parking garage right next to the entrance. Also, they actually serve a complimentary breakfast. It wasn't just fruit and maybe a pastry. There actually was sausage or bacon, omelettes, and pastries, waffles, hot and cold cereals. Plus there was plenty of it!

I wish there had been a hot tub in the pool area.

Breakfast was good, but some food items (potatoes, eggs, meat) were a little salty and not always hot.

Vending machines were not fully stocked.

Hot breakfast, several rotating choices, omelets, egg white frittatas, excellent bacon, sausage, fresh waffles, premade hot oatmeal with optional toppings, pastries, coffees, juices, fresh fruit, and more.

More expensive than I expected.

The facility was easy to find and was very clean. Though in a college town, we found it quiet inside. The free parking was greatly appreciated.
