The place was great but there was a booking confirmation problem from booking.com ... This is the third time its happened to me .. Got to hotel and was told they didn't have a reservation after showing them my copy they made a bunch of calls to get it all clarified... It took a while... The problem was with Booking.com not Hampton Inn.... They went above and beyond to get it corrected....

electrical outlets didn't work and there were no USB ports like most Motels now have.... The carpet was dirty.....

The hot breakfast was great. If you could include more gluten-free and dairy-free options, that would make it even better! The room was clean and quiet… thanks!

Keeping the hot water HOT at the coffee bar would be nice. Happily the staff were pleasant and accommodating to bring out hot water.

The Staff! All so friendly and helpful! The grounds, building, room were all clean and decorated beautifully. Daily breakfast and staff there was exceptional.🔆

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff at the front was awesome! Hotel was clean and parking was very convenient to our room. Our room was bigger than expected and had a ceiling fan.

Coffee and tea station was barely lukewarm when I went to get some after checking in. Pillows were very soft, could have used a few more to make it comfortable.

It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly & helpful.

We didn't have a night table and a plug in on one side of the bed. It would of been nice since sharing the room so to be able to plug in cpap machine on the one side.

Everything! Especially the cleanliness of everything. Staff was exceptional.

The only complaint I have is parking. We arrived late (after midnight). There were no available parking spots. One truck with a trailer attached had occupied 5 parking spots and a truck with a small boat attached had taken up 4 parking spots. I talked to the lady at the desk and she was very apologetic and advised me to just park in front of the main doors to the side.

I liked the location of the hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. The was sausage gravy and biscuits. A premade egg thing with peppers, and sausage patties. Yogurt and cereal as well. Coffee was not that good, but you could drink it.

The bed stand between the bed had a pull out section that definitely needed to be wiped clean. If you have signs all around the room about being “Squeaky clean” then that surface should not have been missed.

Breakfast was awesome staff friendly

The size and layout of the room was great. Couch was wonderful to lounge in.

The sliding door for the bathroom was heavy/hard to move and was generally unnatural.

The lighting could improve because we are older and it's hard to see sometimes anyway
