Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean looking, with the exception that the flat sheet had a large "coffee/tea?" stain in the center of it where the pillows lay. My husbad assured me it was a stain from coffee or tea, so we did not complain. But, some people will not be as forgiving. It honestly should have been easily noticed by housekeeping when the bed was made, as I saw it within the first minute in the room.

This is actually a motel, because you have to enter from the outside. I originally booked a second floor room, so the gentleman at the front desk was able to move us to a first floor for us. We are both disabled have a lot of trouble with stairs!!! 2 Thumbs up.

It should be a motel not a hotel, because you have to enter from the outside. That's the difference between the two.

It was an escape from everyday life and we enjoyed it very much it's peaceful and quiet and relaxing and there are restaurants really close,. Arby's literally in the parking lot. The parking lot is well lit and it feels safe. We have already booked a room for another escape.

It was a nice room. I know they got new owners so I'm sure they will update things still wonderful place

Staff was great! Location was good.

The rooms being small weren't bad but the extra furniture was big which made it hard to get around the room. Maybe try putting the mini fridge in the cabinet under the TV or getting a smaller cabinet. Also maybe lose a chair or two to make it easier to move around.

It's hard to find. It looked like you were pulling into a gas station and then there were two other businesses that were in front of it. It was a little hard to find.

Was a small room, but it was my wife and I, so the space was fine. All appliances worked as they should. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Tv was large and new and a decent amount of viewing content. Quit and Clean

The housekeeping cart sounded like a train as the housekeeper moved from room to room. Started at 8 am.

location was great, clean and quiet, bed was comfortable breakfast was good ,staff was very friendly and helpful. decent priced room. beautiful area ! nice big tv.

wish there was a whirlpool tub in the room. could have had more and better channels on tv.

The room was clean staff was super nice an friendly probably the best hotel staff I've encountered an I've stayed in a lot of hotels I could go on an on they were short handed an we had to wait on our room but they were amazing an the room was clean

Bath Room door had a bad squeak. So reported to have oiled, because no getting up at night without making noise in dark. Otherwise room was clean and always enjoy my stay as I come up to visit Renfro Valley for concerts.

The staff was excellent, helped us with anything we needed, provided a ride to and from our concert, gave great ideas on where to eat and changed one of rooms to a non smoking after our arrival. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there
