The bed was comfortable, not noisy or loud at the location, and staff always made sure to make you feel welcomed. It was definitely a good stay.

Only complaint was that when my wife or I took a shower the shower glass wasn't low enough to stop some of the water at least in room 332 so it leaked into the bathroom floor. Cleaned it up easy enough but might ruin the floor after so many times of it happening. Noticed a little warpage starting on the wood flooring. The rest of the stay was lovely and fun. It was very clean, and it had everything you needed. The rooms were a comfortable place to stay while also being a good size.

I had booked two rooms but only one was ready at the time of check-in. But I won't fault them for that, as I was pretty early for most people to check-in. And when I finally checked the second one in it was upstairs while the first room was downstairs.

It was great location and very close to what we were doing there

The bathtub needed some noslip in the bottom of the tub because it was a sliply in place when take a shower and the refrigerator didn't have a freezer so I could put my ice packs in to freezer them for my son insulin bags to keep his insulin cold

Its an UNDERCOVER CELEBRITY HOTEL! Who would have thought? it’s in a very safe location- with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff is beyond professional and the breakfast was REAL FOOD W/taste! we were very happy with this choice ☺️

We had to meet ICE CUBE and saw SNOOP DOG… and their mom’s were there too. Best weekend ever!

The hotel and rooms were super clean. Their staff were very sweet. They even called prior to our arrival to ask if they could upgrade our room at no cost due to unforeseen circumstances with scheduling. The breakfast area was clean and organized and they offered many choices to eat.

Location close to restaurants and gas--right off I-75. Staff was knowledgeable,rooms spotless and all amenities provided.Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with everything hot and well plenished. All round excellent stay.

Very nice hotel and room. Brittany at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful.

Sadly, we made the mistake thinking Williamsburg was where the Ark was located. No...it was 2 hours away. Would have loved to stay at this hotel the entire trip, it was just too far to drive back and forth (4 hours round trip) for the events we were attending.

The only thing that went wrong is that we could not turn the air conditioner off at night because we were cold. In the morning we noticed a thermostat on the wall. We thought we were supposed to control it from the actual unit itself. We used pillows to cover the air coming out.

Put a sign on the air conditioner unit to use the thermostat to adjust it.

Breakfast was very good, good exercises room, great access to the interstate. The room was clean, good bathroom, enough space. Great access to sights in Corbin and to the Cumberland Gap

The breakfast was great but the best part was that the entire hotel, including all the rooms, were recently renovated. I felt very comfortable here.
