Embassy Suites Baton Rouge

The breakfast was great. Room was large. Housekeeping was right on time. The locatiom was right off interstate and close to good restaurants.

The individual who checked me in on July 28 said my parking was complimentary. However., when I checked out my bill was $20 more than my booking.com reservation I told the individual who checked me out my parkinh was supposed to be comlimentary. She handed me a business card to call the manager/supervisor. I called during road trip back home I got voicemail. No one ever called me back. I deserved at least a callback....

Free parking, the room was very roomy, the had sanitizing wipes on the entrance and I liked the happy hour (complimentary beverages). The employees on the bar area both gentlemen were respectful and professionals.

The front desk staff were delivering an average customer service, they were doing their job and answering questions but not going about and beyond. They could be friendlier! I have visited the Embassy Suites Hotels in Orlando, Florida and Puerto Rico (several times) and employees were very friendly. Customer service is everything!

Breakfast was excellent as always and the staff was nice and friendly.

The property needs some refurbishing. They're was a rusty lamp stand in my room that didn't work and there were stains on the carpet. The television remote had dirt and dust, which tells me it had not been wiped for some time. The bathroom door was difficult to close.

The staff were amazing, the free facilities were fabulous… it was a great place to stay

there were dead mosquitos on our window silla in the room. The mattress protector had not been changed. These are small things and definitely would not put us off staying again…

I liked that the property was pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go in Baton Rouge including Blue Zoo at the mall, Blue Bayou Waterpark, the Raising Canes Center, the zoo, and many places to eat. Parking was super convenient and safe in front of the hotel costing only $5 a night. The Lobby was very inviting and open. Lastly, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Overall, my family of 4 consisting of me, my husband, 2 yr old, and 4 yr old enjoyed our stay and we felt clean and safe.

I did not like the fact that housekeeping was understaffed and limited (per the front desk person when I called for more towels and rags)so I had to walk down to the front desk to get more towels and rags after my family’s first night and I didn’t know where to place all the used ones. Some things were rusty like the side table in the living area and the hinges in the bathroom. The bathroom was very small and had a strange smell to it.

Rooms was great very spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Lunch and dinner was very good. The free drinks was on point. Me and my family enjoyed our self we will definitely be back.

There was nothing I didn't like. The refrigerator wasn't working but soon as I called someone was there with another one. I also called for an extra blanket and in no time I hade one.

the breakfast was awesome, the room was enough space granted that it is a hotel.

the hotel didn’t have face towels, the pool was over crowded we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Adults got into a big fuss on property. I just hope the pool area was better managed and maintained.

I loved the welcoming environment. Everything was beautiful! Loved the all building. I will come back!

Not a big deal, but we had to ask for a technician to look at our mini fridge because it wasn’t cold/working when we arrived, but they did fix it right away.

Service .. room service was great very friendly and was very comfortable room .

People without staying at the hotel was getting into pool. Pool was dirty because of that we left in 15 minutes. People just keep open the door for others with not cards of the hotel .

We had the most pleasant stay everyone was so friendly and very helpful the breakfast was great and them pillows on the bed almost made me stay in all day , If you in the Baton Rouge area definitely book the Embassy you're going to love it there ,we will be coming back real soon
