This is a new property (a few months old) and therefore very clean and functional. They have a bent towards sustainability which is good. The staff are all exceptional and go out of their way to help. The property is located near several eateries and is also easy to reach from the interstate. The rooms are large, airy and well decorated. There is a good fitness center within the building along with laundry facilities. The complementary breakfast is also good.

Although the staff working here are great, there are certain things that could be done better. For example, the fitness center had provisions for drinking water and cleaning wipes, but was never stocked with cups or wipes! In the room, there is a large refrigerator and a dishwasher, but only a microwave for cooking! The breakfast, while good, could be made better by providing adequate proteins such as boiled eggs. Also, the coffee center provided disposable cups for coffe to go, but no lids. I tried getting a wake-up alarm for 4 am from the reception that never materialized. Finally, I tried using the business center to print a document but the printer did not work. Overall, it appears that there is less oversight in ensuring that things are well stocked up and in running condition.

It was very late at night when we arrived but the staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. It was located not to far from LSU campus so that was a plus since that's where we were headed the next day. The breakfast and breakfast area was nice and relaxing and there was a good amount of breakfast choices available.

There was was a problem with my check-in, the hotel didn't have my reservation even though I was confirmed and paid and it a while to get it straight. That was very uncomfortable. The problem was between booking.com and the hotel communications.

The GM and the lady at the food court was so very helpful and professional, every time we would leave and come back , the food court lady would be wiping down counter tops, sweeping the floors etc.

Very clean and a lot of space. The breakfast was better than any I've had at a hotel and pets are welcome.

Not really a big deal but the body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty and if I had to add one thing it would be some type of stove top.

We are a family of 6. Felt very safe. Parking lot has security cameras and well lit. Nice restaurants very close. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave were a bonus!

One large group stayed at the pool for roughly 4 hours and basically hogged the pool area until closing time. Breakfast options were not as plentiful as advertised. One of the housekeepers walked in on us around 8am.

it was very well decorated and neatly designed. the room was neat and had all amenities needed. breakfast was delicious and staff was very kind and helpful.

the bottles in the shower were not refilled.

Towels didn't look clean. The shampoo wasn't filled nor was the body wash. I know those shouldn't be expected but if you have the bottles out they should be filled for use
