very clean and rooms were cold and beautiful

Breakfast is until 10am daily but on Monday morning it was 9:50 AM and the manager started shutting down the breakfast while a family was trying to help themselves to the food my husband told her it was not 10 AM but the manager told my husband that it was her hotel and she can shut it off when she wants to she asked my husband not to mettle in her business she was very rude she also said that it was her hotel which we know that it was not she was just the manager.

Breakfast was fabulous! The Staff was wonderful and very helpful! I had a service dog with me, and the staff was very accommodating :) I also asked for an extra chair in my room and got one brought up immediately! I thank the staff for a wonderful stay! Had a view of the pool :)

Room could have been a bit cleaner - there was some trash between bed and nightstand.

Very close to the casino Clean! The pool was nice and clear, no people, no bugs, no hair balls.

The room did not get cold I went to bed at midnight, it was kinda warm we turned the ac down. I woke up at around 5 am and had the back of my neck sweaty not what I want to wake up to. (Def not alcohol either, my partner nor I drink)

Nice for location and price. Stuff was very good and helpful. Front desk was very helpful and great.

Dream pool had too many people . Employees couldn't control the crowd . Kids jumping in and out of pool. Pool also closed early . It was one of the reasons we took the kids. Was a little disappointing but it was a holiday.

Quitness, very clean, pool, good variety of snacks you can purchase 24/7.

We stayed in a handicap room that we requested Because of my legs. The room was very nice. The mattresses on the beds were very soft around the edges but very firm in the middle. Didn’t sleep well. I was wandering if the matresses were that way bc it was a handicap room. Other than the beds. Everything else was great.

I would have preferred staying in the casino hotel, but they do not allow my ES dog. I am disabled and need to use a mobility scooter. I had to go across the parking lots to go to the casino, which I could do if raining or cold.

The convenience , location and it was clean.

I was not a fan of the unleashed pit bull running around, as I am afraid of those dogs. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but the dog was literally running in the hall, without a leash and I screamed .

Everything was great! It was very quiet and relaxing during our 2 night stay during the week. The hotel pool was very clean and kept up. We all had a great time at the water park and lazy river. The shuttle service was very active with no big waiting time.

The facilities have always been nice, clean and convenient.

Unfortunately the Coushatta casino made our stay very unhappy. We came to be entertained, but all we did was feed the slots.....couldn't afford to keep playing so we left early.
