AlThe staff went out of their way to help accommodate me. I requested a handicapped room, I was given a standard room. I explained to the staff that I can't physically get in and out of the bath tub. The gentleman brought a shower seat that allowed me to sit on the edge and pick up my legs to get them into the tub. Then i waa able to stand up and take a shower. It was more difficult than a walk in shower but it worked for me. The hotel needs more than 1 handicapped room. Not many people need or want to take a sit down bath in a tub. Please convert more rooms to walk in showers.

I wasn't impressed with the coffee or the breakfast. But the pancake machine was cool. The pool has a gazebo but it just wasn't close to the pool chairs or pool. The concrete was blistering hot and a few tables with umbrellas would give people the choice of sitting near the pool but in the shade. The gazebo could use a ceiling fan or something to offer relief from the sun and make the pool enjoyable.

The breakfast was good, so many options, we like it so much! The cinammon Rolls were soooo good, please do not stop having them. The room was nice and clean comfortanle beds and pillows, the pool was clean and its a good looking hotel. We are definetly coming back next time we needs to go to Lake Charles.

The staff at check in was great. Straight to our rooms and back out to visit.

It was a great stay. The rooms were a little warm and noisy with the ac. Also the shampoo having to have a person come in my room to unlock and change was weird. NOT a fan at all. Other than that it was okay.

First, let me express how I was so pleased with the guy who checked us in. His name was Elijah. He was so polite and professional to everyone who walked in. He made the process so pleasant. It was only a night, but I enjoyed it.

The breakfast was right on point. The food was hot. The juice was cold, and the staff was polite. The facilities were spotless. Most of all, the area was quiet so getting to sleep was not an issue.

I can't think of any issues with my stay. I mean the hotel was close enough to my destination, yet far enough away not to share the noise of the event that I had come there to attend.

Alecia was great. She was very friendly and helped whenever she could. Elijah was also friendly and helpful.

We had a bad storm and the electricity went out for almost 12 hours.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The food was hot, well presented and great tasting!!! Although, the cinnamon rolls were gone by the time I got there😢 and there was no replacement😢😢

The entire staff was amazing. They were all very helpful and kind. Julia, Elijah and Aleciai had the pleasure of having conversations with and they made our holiday special.
