Very clean and neat. Everything worked as it should. Location and parking were good. We did use the pool and it was nice and was clean in and around it.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Bacon was small and there wasn't much of it. Waffles didn't exist. It was almost 7:30 before the lady started to put out the batter and stuff to make them. I lost interest while waiting for her to finish and I just had a couple muffins. Breakfast could have been WAY better.

Front desk Clerk Doug was very polite, friendly. He came to our room to help us with the tv remote. ( it was acting up) Room was almost completely black..( easy to sleep) clean, girls work hard and you can tell it.

Breakfast last couple days included meat, other days did not. Also last 3 days they were out of half & half. I don't do the sweet different flavors. Also I'm 5' tall and the bed height was a challenge for me.

Room and building was recently renovated and it looks very modern and clean. Breakfast option is better than most "chain hotel groups" I have stayed that includes some protein choices - bacon, sausages, boiled eggs and etc. Front desk check in staff was courteous and eager to provide eateries options within walking distance. There is CVS across the street if you forget to bring any personal toiletries.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was willing to work with us on any problem we had.

Although having a laundry facility, quarters were hard to find, and the front desk only gave them out occasionally. Bring your own change, and this is an amazing place to stay.

Beautiful facility with efficient, personable staff. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was wonderful. My problem revolved around being there during an incipient serious storm coming toward us from the west, which is the direction we were going. This made it unsafe to leave the hotel at the normal 11AM time. I asked to be allowed a few more hours to monitor the weather but, instead, they charged me for an entire extra night--even though we left at 2PM. I can understand the extra charge if we stayed the extra time just because we didn't want to leave at 11. But the weather was VERY threatening and the tornados involved eventually devastated New Orleans. By leaving at 2PM, under these life threatening circumstances we left plenty of time for the hotel to rent it to someone else for the night--and they probably did. I am disappointed with Wyndom for not helping their patrons in an emergency.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was fine.

The breakfast was disappointing. Every other Laquinta I've stayed has had hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. This property did not. Mostly everything was cold or bread. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the attempt to provide breakfast for their guests, but when I've been to other properties that provided better...I expected better.

Clean, staff, got laundry and all the relevant facilities. Location was good for us, lots of restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive. The breakfast lady was very helpful with allergy issues, speaking only spanish but had no problem with that

Breakfast could be richer, it is more or less the american standard.

Location was great. The building was well maintained. Pool and fitness center were in good working order.

Some weirdness with the hotel needing my credit card number in advance of our arrival despite the third party booking site being “pay when you arrive”. I’ve never experienced the hotel needing the card number in advance when it had already been entered when I booked the room. A little odd but not a dealbreaker.

The free breakfast was great. :) Loved the Dove amenities. Loved the later check out time. Loved all of the upgrades in the room. The beds were pretty comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

The view outside our window wasn’t so great. Wish there were scrambled eggs.

I had left my purse and two bags . I called like 15-20 minutes from leaving the hotel when check out . I never got the other two bags only my purse . So someone kept my Victoria’s Secret bag and Walmart bag with my toddler clothes in there . Need more carts only was one for bags . And need more options for breakfast ( meat) everyone not on diet .
