Excited to start our vacation we showed up in New Orleans a day earlier than we had originally planned. The staff went above in accommodating us for that extra night. They were extremely helpful in making our stay enjoyable. The onsight security staff gave us a sense of safety in what can be considered a not so safe city.

There were few if any complaints my wife or I had. The continental breakfast was mediocre but it was just a short jaunt to get to the French Quarter for the world famous beignettes.

The breakfast was really good, definitely better than I expected for hotel food! The staff was super friendly and helpful which definitely eased my concerns considering I was traveling alone with my young children. I was really anxious when I pulled into the parking lot, since the area surrounding the hotel looked a bit run down, but that just goes to show that looks can be deceiving!! If we are ever back in town this will definitely be on our list of places to stay!!

The pool was not available, not sure of the reason why, but it was not a deal breaker for me since everything else either met or exceeded my expectations!

Comfortable bed. Large clean room. Great location. 15-20 min from French quarter. Great full breakfast. Sausage bacon eggs biscuits fruit pancakes gravy cereal cinnamon rolls and more everyday of the week. Free parking. Great staff. Everyone went above and beyond. Everything provided...lotion..razors..bodywash..shampoo..conditioner..soap..all dove products. This hotel is a keeper on my list. Thank you to all the staff !!!

The breakfast exceeded our expectations! There was a huge selection of breakfast foods and it was actually good! The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were spacious. I was happy with staying here.

The elevator was sketchy. We asked the front desk about a marijuana smell in the room after housekeeping came in and she denied and stated it was “elevator hydraulic fluid”. We didn’t care there was a smell, it is New Orleans after all, but she gas lighted us about it.

Well maintained, clean and a great breakfast

NO NIGHT STAFF or they we sleeping at 1am when my daughter arrived.. they knew she was coming but no one to answer the phone, no response to the buzzer so finally I went to the front desk and yelled as loudly as I could “ is anyone home? you have customers”. No one responded so I loudly beat on the managers door but still, after about 30 minutes of trying to get in, I let them in… A REAL SAFETY ISSUE!

It took 30 minutes to check out because they had to send someone up to my room to check it before I could get my deposit back. Plus my card was charge a extra $50, which no one could give me answer why

Everything! One of the best hotels I've been to in a very long time. Everything was clean, I mean the room was perfect. The bed was very very comfortable, I wanted to take the mattress with me lol. The breakfast was amazing as well. Very safe hotel, felt comfortable in the hotel and the location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Give 20+ stars if I could.

Near the highway, other than that a norm holiday Inn.

My room was next to an abandoned hotel and had the view of the abandoned nasty green water pool. Beware of the hotel surrounding area if walking around, although security is present lots of things happen after hours that one prefer not to know.

The bed was truly comfortable, rooms are spacious and nice, restrooms are spacious. Overall I love how clean the place was.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It is about 20 mins from the main New Orleans attractions, so it is not a bad drive but It could be better. But, my stay at the hotel as a whole was a very pleasant experience. I guess the only thing I would say they need to do better Is the breakfast, it is not good at all, but then I understand we are in the middle of the pandemic, one cannot be too picky. Oh and the pool was closed, and it looks like it has been close for a good while.

Easy to find from airport, hotel was super clean, staff was super excellent, breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel!!!! Our room very clean!!! I love that you need your room key to enter the hotel certain hours.
