It was clean and a beautiful location. In coming g guests after 11 pm were noisy but not staffs fault.

I left my tablet there. When I called they said they had it but refuse to send it to me even if I paid shipping. I would either have to return or figure out a way to have it picked up and shipped to me. They have all my information including debt card so how hard would it be?

it seemed like the wrong side of town. I couldn’t find any brochures of things too so in the area.

it was only 15 minutes from the French quarter.

There were proscrites that hung out there outside all night. Upon arriving, there were hairs in the tub and leaving we seen a roach.

The facility was very clean and very safe, I would stay here again if a hotel room became available again. I was very hesitant at the begining when I drove into the area where the hotel was located due to the location of the Hotel. However once I arri ved at the Hotel I was cordially received and shown the room where I was to stay in. The room was clean and I saw families with children staying there so I felt more at ease and welcomed.

The location was not to my liking, but besided that the facility had gate, and overall the facility is was kept clean and well guarded. One felt safe as soon as you entered the Hotel.

Staff was friendly and security was visible. The back areas were well lit. It was close to the freeway and close to the French Quarter. which made it easy to navigate.

The area was sketchy and a little uncomfortable when coming in late

The room was very clean and smelled good. The staff was very friendly.

I felt as if the walls were very thin. We were on the second floor close to the pool and we could here everyone talking and kids screaming. Lucking they didn’t stay in for long. So it did quiet down. We were going to go in the pool but it looked green and cloudy. Not clear blue. We didn’t get to try the breakfast because we woke up late. The hotel itself is in the ghetto. Driving back to the hotel at night we literally counted 10 hookers on the same street trying to wave us down.

The front desk receptionist was amazing. She handled everything and even made a wonderful suggestion for dinner that evening. We were so pleased with her hospitality.

Nothing. We were pleased with our stay. The breakfast was a bit lacking. We were served brown bags with fruit and a granola bar. Very disappointing. Everything else was perfect!

Location was only 5 to 6 miles from down town orleans, it was peaceful and quite. Staff was very suffient getting the extras that we needed to our room.

Bag breakfast, was the same thing everyday for 4 days, if they could change the honey bun to a muffin or some other breakfast roll once in awhile and change the fruit to something different that would be great.

everything, the place was super clean. it has breakfast, fresh waffles, cold cereal, you can toast bread, bugles, coffee ways hot and fresh all day long. there's a workout room, downstairs are bathrooms. no matter what time i came in all i can smell is cleanest. my room look just as the pictures. as for the hookers their nowhere near the hotel. down the street yes, they're not allowed to even frequent in or around the hotel. the place has security 24 hours and in a gated parking.

the only thing i didn't like is the locate it's far from the city. i don't have a car, so lyft is costly.

It was a clean hotel with nice rooms. Swimming pool was good and there also was a laundry room to use. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast could have had more options such as eggs or some fruits. Coffee was good. The hotel is close to a busy road and the area nearby is a bit restless. Our room was not close to the street so it didn’t matter. We felt safe.
