The staff was extremely friendly, the continental breakfast was satisfying, the gated parking felt safe, and the area itself felt very secure. After reading reviews, we were worried, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that all the negative reviews were exaggerated. While it's not a resort or a fancy hotel, for a motel-type accommodation, it is very decent and affordable.

The machines in the gym area are out of order. They should repair them or update the information online to indicate that the gym is not currently available.

For the price, this is a great hotel. The room was comfortable, the T,V, worked well and with good channels, the wifi had good connection, and there was an ice machine, The breakfast was okay. The hotel felt safe. Many places to eat not far away, I would stay there again.

The hotel needs some refurbishment, The gym is closed for the moment. The pool is a bit small and not very inviting. The ice machine is on the first floor so a bit out of the way. This hotel is for those with a car (the security gate for it was nice).

Very spacious, clean, and quiet. I am so very comfortable and very well pleased to be here. It has been a long time. The staff is so welcoming and hardworking. I think they’re better than the troubadour!

At first it seemed a bit out-of-the-way, but really as long as you don’t leave between 3 to 5 you can get anywhere anyone else can just as fast. And it’s peaceful

Access to rooms is secured by a gate with a passcode needed to access. Floors, rooms, walls and the overall place look remodeled/pretty new. Staff was always available for our needs and quick. Room was also very clean overall and had a brand new Roku TV set up, coffee pot, large closet space, ironing board, mini fridge, microwave, and COLD AC 😊

I had to be moved to a new room because the electronic key wouldn't work, and then the new room's key also didn't work either! So every time we left the room together and wanted to get back in someone had to walk up to the third floor and open our door manually. They said the battery was going out in the door and maintenance would fix it the following day. Also - and I know it's sorta typical of hotels, I guess - but literally every floor smelled like straight marijuana. I guess every room is smoking and there aren't any non-smoking? I didn't get asked to pick an option during purchase to choose smoking or non-smoking, so I guess that's the case. I mean, to each his own, but if it's not your thing, it was LOUD down the hallways 😂

Nice comfy room, cleanliness was good, comfy beds. Good value for money. Breakfast was basic but okay for the price. Location was 20 mins drive from city center but nice quiet location. Gated free parking.

My room was on the 4th floor and it was far nicer and cleaner than I expected. No odor at all in the room. Very pleasant and comfortable stay for a cheap price.

The elevator wasn't so nice and the hallway had a very strong smell. The door of my room had a gap so you could hear noise from the hallway.

As always the staff was very friendly and professional. came a it early and was accommodated. Felt very safe and secure due to security measures in place.

First time we chose to stay outside the French quarter due to increase of pricing due to Jazzfest. We were very happy here. The rooms were clean. We felt safe. And I saved so much money because the price was incredible.

Nothing really. We weren’t expecting much for breakfast so we only drank coffee in the breakfast room.
