Trident Inn & Suites New Orleans

Access to rooms is secured by a gate with a passcode needed to access. Floors, rooms, walls and the overall place look remodeled/pretty new. Staff was always available for our needs and quick. Room was also very clean overall and had a brand new Roku TV set up, coffee pot, large closet space, ironing board, mini fridge, microwave, and COLD AC 😊

I had to be moved to a new room because the electronic key wouldn't work, and then the new room's key also didn't work either! So every time we left the room together and wanted to get back in someone had to walk up to the third floor and open our door manually. They said the battery was going out in the door and maintenance would fix it the following day. Also - and I know it's sorta typical of hotels, I guess - but literally every floor smelled like straight marijuana. I guess every room is smoking and there aren't any non-smoking? I didn't get asked to pick an option during purchase to choose smoking or non-smoking, so I guess that's the case. I mean, to each his own, but if it's not your thing, it was LOUD down the hallways 😂

My room was on the 4th floor and it was far nicer and cleaner than I expected. No odor at all in the room. Very pleasant and comfortable stay for a cheap price.

The elevator wasn't so nice and the hallway had a very strong smell. The door of my room had a gap so you could hear noise from the hallway.

nice affordable hotel. The room is quite spacious, there are many places for storing things, there is everything you need and even more. Iron, microwave, coffee machine. Very comfortable beds. Neighbors are not heard. It was clean. the internet worked without complaints. cozy Convenient, lockable parking. Breakfast. I liked everything

First time we chose to stay outside the French quarter due to increase of pricing due to Jazzfest. We were very happy here. The rooms were clean. We felt safe. And I saved so much money because the price was incredible.

Nothing really. We weren’t expecting much for breakfast so we only drank coffee in the breakfast room.

Very clean and comfortable it’s home away from home me and my family loves Trident we stay every year twice a year for our family cruise 🚢

Clean and the security of the gate I felt really safe and didn’t have to worry about my vehicle being broken into

Great hotel for this low price. Room was very good, comfy kingsize bed, nice shower, strong wifi, coffee in the room, ironing was possible. Breakfast was limited but still okay. When I was reading the references I expected not too much, but I was happy that I picked this hotel in the end!

Staff was cold and not very friendly. They could work on that!

The Fact That There Where 2 Beds In The Room @ The Same Price Of 1 Was Pretty Good.

They Had Roaches Crawling On The Walls, and Floors. The Tub Was Not Properly Clean. There Were Dirty Pillow Cases Left On The Bathroom Counter & Floor. The Beds Were Poorly Made, As Soon As You Walk In You Can Completely Notice It All.

Friendly and very accommodating staff! Secure/gated parking gave me peace of mind and the free breakfast really gave us a good bang for our buck!

Weak internet; to the point that we could not stream a scary (or any) movie on Halloween night.

The man who works at the front desk overnight, has the best personality and is very helpful and nice. He is very understanding and always smiling and joking. I don't know his name but he is tall and dark skinned with a mouth full of gold teeth. He makes you feel like whatever you are going through will get better.

it was clean it was decent and I love to come there that is not my first time being in your hotel I loved around the location and I would love to get another night
