The building and house were very new and modern for it. The apartment was bigger and more convenient than we expected. All furniture and appliances were new. It's within walking distance of the French Quarter if it's not too hot. Coffee and other beverages were more than served. Even the shampoo offered in the bathroom was Italian made.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and large. The beds were comfortable.

The seating sofa was not very comfortable. There could be more seating in the living room area that is more comfortable for seating and relaxing. The tv was not easy to operate. The volume did not work so we could barely hear the sound. The kitchen could be stocked with more large pots to use for cooking.

The apartment was huge and very nice. It was very clean. We didn’t have much interaction with staff except on the phone to ask about parking. I would advise you to tell renters they are allowed to park on the street. Beds are very comfortable.

Need dish towels in the kitchen. Recommend a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room. The ones provided are not comfortable. A small table and chairs or a couple more barstools would be good.

Clean, comfortable beds, roomy, fully stocked kitchen. You can walk to the French Quarter from here or an Uber is around $10.00. Great location, safe, exactly as advertised.

Everything was perfect. We even loved the brick burned out house across the street with all the graffiti. Very colorful, plenty of street parking. Walk to Elizabeth's for breakfast. There is nothing not to like.

Just loved the whole accomodation, my only reservation was the location, only because of my unfamiliarity with New Orleans and a late arrival.At first glance neighborhood seems sketchy but once acclimated the Big Easy charm draws you in.

No complaints at all-except time went by too quickly with so much left to explore

it’s spacious and light. has great appliances like big washer and dryer and a dishwasher. building was quiet and never saw or heard other people. it was clean and modern like we tend to rent in other places.

I wish there had been 2 king size beds. the upstairs bedroom and bathroom is the nicest and biggest with the best shower and long counter space. however the upstairs bedroom only has a small full size (140) bed in it. so we put our kids in that bed and then trekked upstairs for showers etc. they should really do a European style 2 twin beds upstairs and/or downstairs , so they can accommodate families and give the able adults the choice of using upstairs.

Confortable for 4 people, nice neighbourhood. The communication was very good, the app is easy to use. Quiet at night

Some furniture required some renovation (e.g. the bed). The rooms do not have windows. The living room is big enough to accomodate a proper table for 4 people, at the moment the only option is the island in the kitchen

The furnishings is beautiful. It made us feel at home.

Floors must be scrubbed a little bit. Especially behind the doors and carpets must be vacuumed daily. I have sinuses so i struggled being in the house most of the times

there was plenty of room, quiet, easy access, easy parking in the street and easy access to neighborhood amenities and venues. the staff were very helpful and flexible.

there were only t small windows in the entire apartment. the bathroom sinks and bathtub had drainage problems. otherwise we loved the place.

I loved everything about this property!!! It was very comfortable, clean and right in the middle of everything we did this weekend! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
