This hotel complex and their rooms are very clean! Free parking and WiFi. Housekeeping employees are doing a great job regarding cleanliness. The front desk staff is very helpful and I would like to recognize Vick, he's very friendly and professional. Walmart, Dollar Tree and Walgreens are very close to the property and some restaurants as well.

They are not serving breakfast, the front desk agent told me that's apparently because they are remodeling the hotel. The room key it wasn't working to access the side hotel door.

The Manager Arun was very Supportive and very respectful. He helped us a lot during our stay was responsive and facilitate everything to us. Thank you Arun and we are looking forward to visiting New Orleans and staying at Dayin because of your hosting.

The cleaning is not good and you should add some stuff in the kitchenette to be able to prepare food.

Free parking, WiFi and my hotel room was very clean and tidy, I really loved the wonderful cleanliness. Both front desk agents (overnight and the one during mornings) were very respectful, professionals and helpful. Stores near to the hotel were very beneficial for me.

The shower leaked onto the room and you couldn’t get extra blankets. Also the “continental breakfast” was not enough or worth getting up early to get to. Allow loitering.

The room was super spacious and quite clean. The staff was really nice and all in all it was a positive experience :) It was nice that the breakfast was included.

Quite far from the city center but you can take the bus to get there. Generally we were informed by our taxi driver that the neighborhood is not the safest, but we were ok ;) The breakfast was very basic but it's good to have that option.

Might not look the greatest from the outside but the inside has been completely remodeled so everything was nice and clean. Room was huge. Doors locked at night and you could only get in with a keycard so that made me feel safer.

There was a false fire alarm that went off on the second day, but they sorted it out quickly. Also I think maybe the tv was set to high or something because we had a lot of trouble getting the remote to work from the bed.

bathroom sink faucet was broken, phone was not working, & when tried to call front desk from cell phone, you can’t reach anyone…not good service. With the high cost of things property management should make sure all areas of room are in working order at all times.

I did not like that there was no breakfast provided. I understand covid 19, however, upon check in I was told that breakfast would be available from 7 am to 10 am. There was never breakfast available. The room was open but there was no items available

Parking very well illuminated! Spacious room and comfy bed! Sam, at front desk was awesome and helpful with our extended night and we could stay in the same room!

Location is far away from the city, New Orleans and have to spend in Uber

On the way to our room, there were some equipments that they use for renovations, they should keep it to make the hallway look good. And also environment around the hotel was under construction. not look good
