I was really worried about transportation to the hotel from the airport as it was arriving very late into the night, but when I called for the van, the girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) came right away, very friendly and took all bags. Very late yet she was still cheerful and helpful!

I ended up paying for FIVE NIGHTS FOR ONLY TWO STAYS. When trying to book the room coming and going on my trip, your computers were down due to bad weather so I was directed to book online. Didn't know about the procedure and mistakenly kept trying to book successfully, not knowing each try was taking the booking each time. Unknown to me, it was going to other countries to book and were impossible to reach to correct the errors. Made me sick to my stomach! Girl at your desk went above and beyond to try and help me but we both failed. Horrible experience and outcome!

I typically don't write a review for a quick airport stay but I have to commend the staff at this hotel. I came in a night early on 1/25/23 to make an early flight the next day due to a snowstorm. The hotel was very busy with stranded travelers but the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, efficient and calm taking care of a long line of people all by himself. The bartender doing double duty as a waiter in the lounge area was also so welcoming as I needed to order some food before the kitchen closed. It's obvious they are understaffed but these two kept it all moving in a welcoming way for all the stranded travelers. The rooms are basic but clean for a quick stay, but the personnel made the difference.

Was able to get in and out quick, quiet, with ease. Even when the lobby was very busy at (what I assume was) dinner time, the space of the lobby made it seem less crowded. BIG PLUS for me.

Beds...kind of felt like a slow release medicine. You lay down on a hard surface, 10 minutes later you're sinking into a mattress seemingly made from pudding. Perhaps a better brand of mattress would be called for.

Almost everything is indoors. The weather does not really effect our stay. The pool was a nice temperature. Outside were beautiful flowers. Many flower varieties and colorful.

There was some carpet at the back of the building right outside the elevator on the first and third floors that my wife and I kept tripping over. Could someone please stretch the carpet and have it lay flat.

I can't say enough good things about the staff - they were incredibly helpful and accommodating! The beds were comfortable and surprisingly for being next to the airport, it was also super quiet. The bus shuttle was prompt and easy to contact even late at night.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

The food I ordered was amazing inhighly recommend the hamburger meal. The lady running the bar and serving food was amazing. Polite, attentive, and personable.

The morning desk attendant was kind of standoffs and condescending when I asked about the shuttle. Did not give a good vobe.

Nice accommodations.

I was led to believe that I could leave my car in your parking area, for free. When I booked my room, the person who I talked to told me that there would be no charge for extended parking. Then when I checked in, I was told by your staff that the Hilton Garden Inn charges $19 per day.

The continental breakfast was good and had a good variety of choices. The server was polite and attentive. I would have been happier if the continental breakfast had been included in price. We didn't have transportation before our flight, so we needed to eat .

Fast, reasonably priced and comfortable.

staff could be a little more professional, very short and texting at the front desk. They also never pick up when you call from the room.

Staff and place was great for us

Nothing but trouble and drama with reservations from you to them. I called ever day for a week and called you to have you called them to make sure everything was correct and when I got there. I was told I only had 6 rooms not 7...I couldn't get my Hilton points cause I booked with you and the rate was not my my email said I would be charged. This has happened now for both my new year's eve trips that I booked through you. I will not be using you anymore. Not worth the 3 day hassel.
