Very clean, beautiful hotel (I loved the staircase), I liked that there was coffee available all the time, the location was great

A few of the staff were not friendly/welcoming. The fellow that checked us in never smiled, didn't make eye contact and talked so quietly that we had to ask a few times that he repeat what he said. The lady checking in behind us was someone he knew, he smiled a nice smile, and had a nice loud Hello, how are you? for her. During our stay, we saw him a few times and he ignored us or just stared. He is the reason this hotel did not get a very high rating.

Impeccable service from a very courteous staff. Very clean and well maintained facilities.

The mattress was extremely, ridiculously firm. Breakfast items were frequently out and not always replenished.

The location was great for our trip. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

The woman who ran the breakfast area was very rude and often cleaned up breakfast items more than 30 minutes prior to the end time. Then would give attitude if you asked for something she’d already put away. There was a good selection but you better get there early and not ask for anything unless you want your head bit off!

1. The people! Everyone is always so friendly. Special shout out to the staff that handles breakfast. There is one woman (I think her name is Diane) who is always smiling. If you have ever been there before, she will remember you. If it’s your first time, you will have a new friend by the time you finish your meal. Either way, she will make you feel like she is happy to see you and has prepared this meal in honor of your visit. 2. The convenience. It is close to all the places & people we visit in the area.

1. It’s a little hard to find the first time. You can see it from the road, but there is no direct, easy way to get there. Once you do get there, though, it makes sense. 2. I did not find the bed very comfortable,but it was just a personal preference thing.

Breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff members were willing to help and were very congenial. The room was very nice and spacious. Two good closets, nice size bath, and the iron worked too! Parking was plentiful and we felt safe at this location. It was very handy having the BJ's right next door.

As in most hotel rooms, the beds are rather hard. There was a very strong air fresher that was used in the foyer and hall ways.

The ladies taking care of breakfast did a excellent job. They should have a tip bucket/jar for them.

We had smoking on the 3rd floor. It was the next set of rooms down and you could smell it in our room. Called the front desk but they said they would check into it but they couldn't do anything unless they caught them. Pillows could be fuller they were flat had to put 2 towels folded up under the them.

Very clean beautiful place, this hotel has quiet time from 10:00 pm- 8:00am, that is put in place for the comfortable level of others, the hotel smelled so cleaned, nice clean hot tub, pool was nice, breakfast was wonderful, one of the lunch ladies this weekend was so sweet, and prepared a excellent breakfast, every day something different, the towels and wash rags was fresh, water in the room was hot , the sheets on the bed smelled so good, very welcoming and awesome staff

The pillows are small and the bed is a little hard, and some of the channels was fuzzy, my wife complained about not being able to watch her ID channel.

Close to just about anything you need. The staff was very accommodating. The housekeeping was excellent.

Only one washer and one dryer. The dryer didn't work well, it would take at least 2 and a half cycles to dry a small load. Also they really should have change machines at all hotels with laundry and/or vending.

Excellent hotel great people The breakfast is amazing Biscuits an gravy eggs fresh waffles and a lot more The pool is awesome we had it all to our selves Our 4 year old loved it!! We will be back Just an all around super nice hotel with great prices

the breakfast was good and the morning people were nicer than the lady at the desk at night

our room curtain was broke so it wouldn’t close and we were on the bottom floor so everyone could see in. also, the shower soap dishes were dirty so I know the shower wasn’t washed very well. Gross! we stayed there before and it was nicer.
