Holiday Inn Express Prince Frederick, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was awesome - the variety was enjoyed by everyone (5 years old - 65 years old). Staff was so friendly and approachable it was such a bonus to start the day off in such a positive way.

I understand that Covid has changed so much - I miss not having our towels exchanged and garbage in our room taken care of everyday. However, when we requested fresh towels and garbage picked up they were right on it.

The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. The facility was very clean and nicely done. The breakfast that was offered was quite tasty. I thought it would be just bagels, buns, tea or coffee. So I was pleasantly surprised with a choice of items on the menu!!

Only that I didn't have enough time to stay and visit. I love being in the area, it's peaceful and laid back. I'm a water baby and there wasn't enough time to go everywhere. My husband has had 4 back surgeries, so it wasn't as comfortable for him.

The staff deserves kudos, especially the 2 ladies who checked us in were at the front desk for our stay. They were very personable, attentive, and pleasant to talk to. Anything requested, such as extra room key, comforter, etc, were met with smiles and positivity. These 2 ladies deserve a raise... sorry their names escape me without proper caffeine intake.

We noticed a heavy canibus smoking smell as we pulled into the parking lot, and moved our car after noticing the car next to us had 2 individuals doing their business. Personally, I don't care about that kind of thing, but those individuals were on the same floor as us next to the elevator, and over the course of the night you could tell the "party" made it up the staircase and into their room. Housekeeping was made aware of the smell a few times by us and other people staying on our floor.

The whole experience was great. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered any questions we had about things to do in the area and gave great suggestions. That was a plus, because we weren't familiar with the area. The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. They had lots of storsge in them and plenty of room. I was glad to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The breakfast was good and I liked the variety, especially having hot food. The pool, which we enjoyed, was a bonus and the workout room. The facility was clean and housekeeping was always available if needed to give us what we needed, and they had a pleasant demeanor. Everything was great, especially the locaton of the hotel. We were near everything. I would come agsin.

The only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't stay an additional night, because the room had already been booked. We just weren't ready to leave. That wasn't the hotels fault though. So this isn't a complaint.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were wonderful. The rooms were an acceptable size. The breakfast was typical pre-covid, which was nice. I'd like to take the breakfast lady home with us. She had a smile on her face every morning and made the rest of us sleepy heads smile too. Thank you !

The carpet was nasty dirty. Lots of stains and dirt.. It would be nice to have the room carpets cleaned a couple of times a year. We have stayed there before and the dirty carpets were not this bad. Chair for desk was very dusty, I wiped it off along with the telephone and counter tops when we arrived. The last night someone on the ground floor had very loud music playing. We could hear it on the 3rd floor as if we were in their room. Thankfully they lowered the volume around 10pm.

The person who checked us in was great. Provided good information and direction about places to get take out food. The room was great and I appreciated the person getting us 2 rooms for our family next to each other without having to request that. The breakfast was great and staff checked to assure you had all that you needed.

The Holiday Inn was the center piece for our trip to southern Maryland and it was a very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was much better than most freebie hotel breakfasts. The lady that ran the breakfast area was spot-on awesome. The housekeeping staff could not have been kinder or more attentive

I wish we could have stayed a little longer, can't wait to go back. Otherwise, I did want for a newspaper. Far a deal-breaker.

Staff was very friendly...the lights went out for about a half hour or a hour and it rain the whole time we was there but other then that love the stay, will be back.

Surprisingly good sized room. Very clean. Only stayed one night prior to a wedding. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't staying long enough to check the rest of the hotel out.

Parking. All the spots were taken nearest the hotel entrance when I arrived. Had to park in the next row which I didn't realize come the morning, I would be trapped by Dunkin Donuts drive thru. Relatively minor issue.

The Staff was very professional about they job staff always smiled when you approach them they knew they job very well this is my second stay here it always nice I will be back Thank you for the Respect that the staff gave me and my wife

The only thing I didn't like was that someone hit my Truck in the parking lot but it was not the facility fault. Property need more lights.Dark at night
