Thank you for Booking.com. I appreciate the help help that you provided to help me get into a different room. The first room that they gave me was very noisy due to the elevator going up and down. They didn't want to help me due to myself booking with Booking.com, but you came through. They surely had to know that Rooms 101, 201, 301 and 401 had that horrible noise. Again thank you in helping g me a different room. After that my stay was pleasant.

Nice & quiet, beautiful view, assuming they are making renovations to the rooms. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. They have been shaving down door but it just needs to be rehung. Balcony door wouldn’t lock, my boyfriend fixed. Beds extremely comfortable, beautiful views from our balcony, everything right there. 1936 Bar & Grill food was horrible, we did request Mgr who was a very young girl. We are going to go back twice a year. One hour from our house. One desk clerk not friendly with no communication skills.

I was amazed that our room was made up the next morning; clean towels, trash gone and bed made etc. That hasn't occurred in all the hotel/motels we have stayed at in years. All staff people we met were very friendly and the man who took care of our TV was excellent. That service was quick and each time got it taken care of. Our view was perfect and the breakfast was delicious indeed.

Well, it was not warm enough, but that was our error. We thought April would be a bit warmer. We were there is off season as well sooooooooo.

We loved being on the waterfront. The staff was friendly and courteous at every encounter. The restaurants were very good.

I felt that for the price a few more amenities would have been in order. We had no direct beach access, no microwave in the room. I wish there were designated smoking rooms, even if only on the balcony.

Professional staff. Clean rooms and clean linen. Mattress was perfect. View was beautiful from the balcony. Kirk Gibbons was an absolute treat for entertainment. No additional charge for the parking was a true delight!

Our dinner experience was not great... servers were great but it was busy and possibly short staffed which did not allow for us to get our food in a timely manner. Some of the food was cold and that was disappointing. Breakfast was great and made up for the late night disappointment.

the view from the balcony was great, as well as the room in general, staff were nice.

I would definitely suggest they put microwaves in all the rooms and our air conditioner/heater in the room was not broken but if we turned it on it was extremely loud. i think something might be loose .

The new pool area.....favorite is balcony on baywith great views!! Dad helped build this hotel before he past away. He was the carpenter who did all the original wood work here. Before this current remodel. Love it here. Makes me feel close to him here.

Not much to choose from at restaurant. It was good but would liked to have ordered less, only offered a couple of choices but too much food in them to make price acceptable I’m sure

The hotel had a casino in restaurant. There was a constant flow of foot traffic all hours

I liked the secured card scan. I liked the friendly staff. And the room was neat and clean. I had to have maintenance come to my room to fix my balcony screen door. And they responded quickly.

They check in time should change to match what on the website is 3pm not 4pm. And the TV need to be center on front of the bed, instead on the side.

The accommodations were good, a little pricy for what you get. we paid a bit more for a room with a balcony, but it was worth it. The balcony had nice furniture and a fairly decent view.

It would be nice if The little things were covered….flavored creamer, breakfast on the go options (granola bar, muffin etc.). All in all it’s a great location and hotel.
