The room appeared exactly as shown there was no negative surprises. The property clean and inviting. We watched the sunset it was an amazing view from the rooftop bar. And that is where we meant an absolute amazing employee Grayson. He went out of his way to help us. My husband is a wounded Vietnam Vet. and Grayson listen to him they shared stories. The second night of our stay people were sitting in the lobby and I kept hear other guest ask is Grayson working tonight. When Grayson walked everyone cheered. Never ever had I seen this energy before at hotel. We all had a good time thanks to Grayson. Chris another bartender was also very nice. We would definitely come again.

My only complaint would be that I didn’t know that there was no daily room service. It wasn’t a big deal, I just thought when we got back the bed would be made and we would have fresh towels. Also would have liked a jacuzzi at the pool.

Location is out of Frederick a bit but was nice being on the outskirts. Everything was within 10 minute drive. We were very happy with the hotel. Staff were always pleasant. The rooms were impressive. They are huge, modern and clean.

Breakfast was ok but would have preferred if it was open a bit later. During the week they're done by 9 or shortly after. Pool was a little disappointing for the kids as it was very small and no deep end.

We loved how spacious and clean the room was. The bathroom was great. The TV was on a very nice adjustable mount so whether we were watching from bed or the couch, we could adjust the TV to view comfortably. Breakfast was very good and I actually appreciated the extra security of having to scan our room key to take the elevator up to our room on the 4th floor.

We know this hotel is a new build, so some of these details might just be left from this fact. The dead bolt on our room didn't work - we think it was just a faulty deadbolt that was installed and wasn't checked. A seal in the shower was starting to peel up already. And the latch to the bathroom door was missing a screw. Besides the deadbolt, overall, pretty minor things.

The location is perfect. It was withing 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Having the sheets within walking distance was nice. The breakfast had a pretty good spread. Everything was clean and tidy. The people working there were so pleasant and helpful. And the price. I have paid double and triple at other places and boutique hotels and this was just as nice . Any time we need to come to Frederick, this will be where we are staying. We ended up staying a second night because it was so nice and instead of having to head home after a jiu-jitsu competition, we figured might as well stay and relax and get dinner in downtown.

Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great room and shower. Very enjoyable stay! When there were questions about the reservation and I called, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is right by the freeway, so it's easy to get on and off to where you're going. Restaurants and grocery stores aren't super close by, but they are a short drive away.

It's confusing that the hotel claims that it's "downtown Frederick" when it's not really. It's as far north in Frederick as you can get. Location is still convenient, but the described location is misleading. No restaurants by the hotel except for a gas station.

I loved the room set up. The coach area separated by the desk with a screen. Loved the coffee bar. The shower was a dream as was the bed

It is my standard issue with hotels. The room sleeps 4. It one lighted mirror . If someone is using the facilities I can’t get my make up one till the are out - most hotels don’t have this.

No issues with the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Location of this was only 8 min from my family, so very convenient and also the Sheetz next door is great for food ordering, gad and other quick things you need.

Specifically, the 4 Star is because the walls are a bit thin and ypu can hear the hallway really easily and also the Lobby Bar closed earlier than I was told.

It was just a really nice hotel and its new. Its away from everything, but only 10 minutes to get to a nice shopping center and right in front of Sheetz. Front Desk staff was very helpful and friendly and loved the room. Designed really cool and spacious. Bed was comfortable, plenty of parking. We actually played cards in the lobby that was also very nice.

Was a full breakfast but was only bacon and eggs. Would have loved pancakes or a waffle maker, but could be because of COVID. ugh

The breakfast was included, yet it was essentially egg based. The facility was clean and the staff get an A+ for manners and courteousness.

Breakfast was limited. The bed pillows and sofa were subpar. The washer/dryer were not operative the whole week we were there. The room needed more convenient electric plugs.

I love the esthetic of the room. I loved how so many things were in such a small place not saying the room was small but you had a Sitting Room, a study or work àrea, a huge bathroom. the bed had a trundel. The couch in the sitting room was a pull out bed. Add all that up it was more then I ever could of imagined so THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH

Breakfast could last until check out. That is about all I can think of
