Waffles! Fire pit! Pool table. Board games and .more available from front desk. Plenty to keep kiddos busy. Pool hours Accessable room close to elevator and where activities located. Room and amenities good.

Tables to eat at for breakfast were dirty. I had wipes to clean my own. One lady not friendly from kitchen. Needed to keep hot foods supplied.

Checked in super early in the morning after leaving a disgusting hotel. enjoyed the stay here much better. Beautiful, clean room. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and cozy. There's a great fire pit outside to enjoy on cool summer nights.

Lots of eatieries, mini malls, and a cinema within the vicinity. I loved walking into my room and being met with a very nice smell!

The bed was so comfortable, the room was very large with a nice kitchen (including plates, silverware, a large fridge, a dishwasher, etc.), nice seating, a pretty good view. It was a bit of a splurge during a long road trip, but I would definitely stay again.

The AC could have been better, the elevator was super slow so if you rely on it be prepared to wait, there was a humming (like a bathroom fan) that I couldn’t figure out how to turn off but it didn’t keep me awake.

As we were getting ready to leave, we stopped in the lobby for breakfast. They had started to remove the food and coffee. One of the staff noticed us and immediately brought food back. She filled the coffee urn that was dry. Service w a smile.

No glassware in the rooms or at the bar. All drinks in plastic. Poor form

Wasn’t able to have breakfast it was not open at 6:30am. For a week day stay many folks leave early so offering something for free and not having available is not helpful for the customer.

Everything!!! It was clean and the room was a great size for us. (2 adults and 2 kiddos). Breakfast was perfect had a little bit of the old normal with sitting down and eating. All the staff were so friendly and kind. Checking was so easy. Also with it being a per friendly hotel we only saw the dogs we didn't hear them. I will be staying again.

There wasn't anything to complain about. We loved everything about the hotel.

Very disappointed with breakfast, it was scheduled to end at 10 so when we went at 9:30 there was a sign sitting on the counter saying breakfast was only being served until 9. We were not notified in advance! Several people arriving at that time for breakfast were turned away.

I chose this place because it included breakfast and that was not the case for us and many others. Digital information on the TV said breakfast ended at 10 on the weekend, yet there was a sign at the breakfast counter saying 9. Very disappointed with the misleading information. More signage would have been nice in the main lobby or elevators for everyone to see.

That the hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the hotel is near so many stores

I love it nothing I didn't like.

I did not get well come when I checked in me and my family we feel bad by the front desk lady I work more than 9 years in hotel industry guest expects well come from any body of the hotel employees any way our stays was great we loved the hotel we come back
