Quality Inn & Suites Frostburg-Cumberland

The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillows. I even looked up to see if I could purchase them for myself! The room was very neat and clean.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The yummy looking waffle posters that were all over the lobby falsely led us to believe we could have waffles in the morning. No waffles, okay... automatic pancake maker, it will do... no, pancake maker didn't work. So sad. I managed with a muffin and a round "scrambled" egg. In the room, the air conditioner caused the curtains to pillow out making it look like someone was standing in the room! I had to use my shoes to push the curtain back on the window ledge to avoid that and to actually have air coming into the room instead of up the curtain!

Breakfast was good, nice selection of pastries. Scrambled eggs were ok, pancakes very good. Coffee was very good too. Mattresses and pillows were so amazing! Best sleep ever! The manager was very friendly and professional. Breakfast area was kept very clean as well.

Everything was very nice and we have no complaints but if I had to choose something to improve on maybe it would be the scrambled eggs and that’s such a small thing because everything else was great.

We needed a place to stay for one night on our way across Maryland. This hotel had good ratings and much more reasonable rate than other hotels in the Cumberland/Frostburg area, so we tried it. We were quite pleased and will use it again if we need to stop in that area.

seemed clean, nice queen beds, plenty of pillows, decent breakfast,

would have preferred a table with chairs for eating rather than a desk in room. and while the room seemed clean, the floors need more attention because our feet and socks got black quick.

Location was perfect as I had meetings at Frostburg State University. I was only 10 minutes away.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Breakfast hours were 6:30-9:30am. I got there approximately 8:45am and most of the food was gone. It should have been replenished if your hours do not end until 9:30am.

It was better than most Quality Inns. We stayed there because they were pet friendly. Room was clean and area was very safe. I would book there again if I needed to.

My key to my room de activated and I was stuck outside. When I contacted the front desk they pretty much just blamed me for it. The floors were a bit squeaky and the room was a little dated. That is the end of my complaints

Always clean and have appropriate rooms available for non-smokers. We travel through Frostburg often and can always rely upon the Quality Inn, so that is why we book with Quality Inn & Suites.

Though it is out of their control right now due to covid, I do wish the breakfast bar was back open. The bag breakfasts have too many carbohydrates.

Disappointed in bag breakfast but was adequate; our room upon arrival was at the very end of hotel and when rooms became available staff was so helpful to move u closer to from lobby. Mattresses were very comfortable.

The hotel is a bit older and needed some remodeling but still was very pleasant

Located Right In The Heart Of Frostburg, Beautiful Entrance And The Room Was So Comfortable! Breakfast Was Better Than Most Restaurants, I Truly Enjoyed My Stay With My Fiancée.

Everything Was Great, No Complaints.

Because of Covid the free breakfast was in a paperbag which included a bottle of water...apple (or banana)...muffin and granola bar. Of course they had free coffee all day. The place was clean and comfortable and right off the highway...which was a plus for us.

I have to say we didn't have anything we could say was wrong with our stay.
