This is actually the second time I’ve stayed here on the way from New York City to Cincinnati, Ohio. Property is clean and rooms are recently renovated. The one bedroom rooms are very spacious (they’re obviously built for two beds). There are A/Cs in each room, making it pleasantly temperature controlled. Bathrooms are clean and they give you plenty of towels. It’s a dog friendly facility (which was my number one reason for booking).

There were a couple of dogs that the owners left in the room alone all night so they were barking. The room walls are not super insulated so I could hear it. Not really on the hotel but on the dogs owners.

Breakfast was more than adequate. The waffle maker actually worked! As always, I'd prefer stronger coffee, but what they had was fine, The location was excellent: Right off the turnpike, but masked from it by other buildings. As with most other Days Inn properties, the amenities included everything I needed, without "frills" I didn't need. Clean and well maintained.

It would have been more convenient to have an ice machine (and possibly a soda machine) on each floor, rather than just one on the ground floor. Otherwise, the property provided all the essentials.

Reasonable breakfast. Everything was fresh. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was friendly, got my extra towel right away. She also ran out to the parking lot to bring me the item I left in my room. She made my stay extra special. Great to have no cancellation fee all the way up to 3:59pm of first night stay.

Heat fan is so loud it’s hard to sleep with the noise. Bring extra blankets if you need to turn off the heat in the middle of the night like I did.

The staff was wonderful - incredibly kind and personable. The rooms were very clean, and the controlable A/C in each room was a game changer. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet area, but super accessible to other amenities like gas, groceries, corner stores, food, etc. via car.

The breakfast could use a little work. I’m vegetarian so the only options were waffles and cereal, so not much variety. Would definitely recommend having eggs or yogurt for lighter fare.

The bed was very comfortable. Easy sleeping. Our room was especially clean and well-maintained. It's nice when the motel owner takes pride in good property management. Finally, we found the staff to be friendly, attentive, and kind. Since we make this cross country trip often, we certainly plan to stay here again.

Breakfast was good enough. I enjoyed it. But my dear husband has celiac's disease and the only gluten free option available was instant oatmeal. He ate two packets, but was still a little hungry. Perhaps some hard boiled eggs would be an easy addition to the menu. Other than that, the buffet was good.

The air conditioners definitely need filter changes!!!!!! When we turned ours on, the bed closest to the unit was covered with chunks of black dust. It was easily brushed off leaving some residue. When we brought the manager in to show him, surprisingly he didn’t seem to care … not the best in customer service, for sure!

Breakfast was good

Bathroom in 206 is in need of attention as the shower handle fell of while using the shower and we had to keep picking it up to turn it on and off. Hotel guy in the morning at front desk seemed like it was a hassle for him to be there. Very unsoicalable and grumpy both mornings we saw him.

The hotel met our expectations. As soon as we walked in I could see that things were very clean as was our room. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room which was delivered. The bathroom was one of the best handicapped bathrooms I had ever been -in - lots of safety bars etc. staff was very accommodating!

We arrived right after an ice/snow storm. I think that they should have put out more salt in thee walkways.vl. I probably was acutely away of this due to my mobility issues

Very convenient location right off the PA Turnpike. Very friendly staff and free continental breakfast. Great value for the money, especially compared to more expensive rates from similar competitors nearby. Nice new floors and redone bathroom. Recommended for those going to visit the Flight 93 National Memorial.

Could have been cleaner. Sticky spots on bedside table, dusty light fixtures, etc.

Not much to tell. I was driving from Cleveland to Fredericksburg late at night and Somerset was halfway. Needed $50 room to divide trip in half. Desk clerk was waiting for me when I checked in at 330am and gave me noon checkout because of it my late check in So, this was perfect for my needs. An inexpensive room right off the turnpike with a really nice night clerk.

Breakfast buffet wasn't spectacular but, hey, at least it was something to tide me over.
