I went with a group of friends to do a train ride and we booked 2 rooms. The location was convenient. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The old building had character, yet the rooms felt modern enough and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend!

Our room didn't have a bathroom, but it was nearby, and even though it was in the hallway, there was still a bathroom designated for our room. So was not an issue at all.

We were very pleased with our stay at Cumberland Inn. It's an older building that is starting to need some cosmetics on the stair carpet and some of the rooms but it's nice. Exceptional for a place just to sleep and watch TV. Very nice common areas and it's walking distance to everything downtown. Priced fair. Pet friendly. We'll be back.

No complaints at all. Water took awhile to adjust but not uncommon in older buildings like that.

The property manager reached out ahead of time to arrange for a contactless check-in experience. He was also very helpful and explained some options in the facilities and very welcoming and kind in his communications.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer. There is some occasional noise from the highway which is relatively close, but not too much to disturb or wake you.

Entering the parking lot was exciting. Drive carefully. The lighting in the rooms was very dim. Getting tv to cooperate took some work.

Booking.com does not have a good description of the bathroom sutuation for room 2. It is a private bath but it is not in the room, it is down the hallway. That was a little disappointing but that was booking.com's fault The website for the Cumberland inn described it properly. Beware that was also true of other rooms that you had on your site for the Cumberland inn. Common area needs new carpet, it is very unsightly.

I liked how Friendly the Staff was and how they make you feel so welcomed! also like how clean and how convenient this Inn and spa was to everything. I also like how fast and convenient it was to check in and out without problems.

i was upgraded to a bigger room on the first floor which was a happy surprise. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Felt more like I was visiting a grand house on a plantation instead of an Inn.

The location was great! it was convenient to restaurants, and outdoor activities. The rooms were really nice, and we also enjoyed the living room area on the first floor. David took care of us during our stay and he was amazing! He made reservations for us to have Easter dinner at the Cumberland Country Club, as we were having a difficult time finding a restaurant that was open on Sunday.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower in the shared bathroom between the Joseph Footer suite and the Daisy room. My husband and sons are over 6 feet, so it was a challenge to fit in such a small space.

The property is centrally located, close to downtown and activities. The room was large, clean and well appointed and we enjoyed an afternoon wine with other travelers in the common room.

The room was upfront at street level with noise from cars on the road, I would ask for a room in back next time.

Location was great for ending our bike ride on the GAP. Short walk to downtown restaurants. Very friendly and easy check in. Secure building to lock up bikes. Room was clean and comfortable.

Had a private bathroom which was clean and nice but was located a short walk down the hall. Not in the room.
