The hotel seemed clean and appropriate for its price range. It was easy to access from the airport, and had a decent breakfast for a family. The place seemed like it would have been nice if we had received the rooms we requested.

The hotel gave away one of the 2 rooms that we had booked because we arrived late (due to flight delays). The check-in person on the night we arrived was unhelpful. The front desk person and the manager the next day were very helpful and professional and were able to ensure a refund. Unfortunately, we had one sleepless night since 4 adults were crammed together in 2 double beds.

I love everything about this place, the room is so neat, the bed is so comfy, the bathroom is neat, the gym is nice...indoor pool. The ladies in the dinning are so perfect and gentle...served us with very delicious breakfast. The receptionist welcomed us with warmth. Enough parking space for your cars.

I can't say I don't like anything because we enjoyed our stay from A - Z.

Would like for staff to mention discounts with AAA, AARP, government, etc. I overheard a guest mention it and I just left the desk and could have saved est $50😟

Traveled for my Mom’s 82nd Birthday to visit her sister who had turned 81 last month. So it was a celebration 🎉 for both sisters and family to celebrate. But our housekeeper Maria M. went above and beyond so I wrote a card and left a love token 💵 for all she had done. May God Bless her.

The breakfast offerings were good.

The bathroom was very cramped, and there was no good place to hang wet towels. There was no hook on the back of the door to hang a robe or nightgown. The toilet malfunctioned and kept filling during the night until my husband fixed it.

I was shocked with the breakfast, since covid no one else had a hot breakfast. the location was convenient to our baseball games. the staff was GREAT. I would recommend to everyone.

Hotel is in a decent location. Anyone who is familiar with Laurel knows how congested it is. No problem with parking, staff was great, room was clean.

The bed is not the best, it is quite stiff. The pool area is very small and very hot. Not ideal but usable.

Extremely courteous and professional staff. Good breakfast. Clear signage. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. We liked having a sofa in the room. Enough coffee pods by the machine for us both to have a cup of regular coffee. The room was quite. But the courtesy of the front desk staff above all.

There was an off smell in the hallway. There were machines there that were dealing with it. Also, I didn't know the ice machine was on the third floor (we were on the fourth floor). So I was searching the fourth floor for it, then I went to the lobby, then had to go back up to the third floor. A note by the ice bucket would have been helpful. Lastly, my sister (whom I was traveling with) had a hard time climbing into the tall bed. I don't know what other short people do (she's about 5'2") but it was hard for her to get into/out of bed.

The hotel staff in particular Jason and Christmas were outstanding. We are part of a travel softball team and this staff accommodated all our requests. The hotel was extremely clean, and rooms were comfortable.

The ambiance, serenity, and Melvin the staff, was very friendly and professional. The bed, pillows very soft. Room and bathroom was very clean. Overall I don't in anyway regret my stay there. Looking forward to staying there again
